In j edem Randteil befindet sich ein Rundloch 4 und ein Langloch 5, in welche Scheren bildende Streben 5 einerends nur drehbar, anderends dreh- und verschiebbar eingreifen. Zwei gegenüberliegende Scheren dienen einer Welle 7 als Lager. Die Welle ist durch einen Griff leicht drehbar, welcher in einen Schlitz 6 der Welle 7 gesteckt werden kann. An beiden Enden der Welle 7 ist je eine Sperrplatte 14 befestigt, die sich also zwangsweise mit der Welle 7 beim Drehen des Schlüssels mitdrehen.
