Description

Die Schutzvorrichtung für den Trichterhals bei Fleischwölfen wird der Vorschrift der Fleischerei-Berufsgenossensehaft gerecht, daß bei der Reinigung von Fleischwölfen 5 oder beim Einschieben des Fleisches in den Trichterhals Verletzungen durch die Transportschnecke oder die Schneidwerkzeuge nicht mehr möglich sind. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Handschutz nur dann von dem Trichterhals wegbewegt werden kann, wenn die Schnecke samt Messer- Scheiben und Verschlußmutter aus der Fleischschneidemaschine herausgenommen sind, wobei gleichzeitig durch eine Arretierungsstange das Schneckenlager so verriegelt wird, daß die Schnecke nicht eher eingesetzt werden kann, bevor nicht der Handschutz wieder in seine Sicherungslage gebracht ist. Eine solche Schutzvorrichtung läßt verschiedene Ausführungen zu, z. B. eine solche, daß nach Entfernen der Schnecke nebst Zubehör aus dem Schneckenlager durch Anheben des Handschutzes die Sperrstange in das Schneckenlager eintritt, oder so, daß der seitlieh ausschwenkbare Handschutz durch ein gelochtes Segment von der Sperrstange in seiner Schutzlage gehalten wird und die Sperrstange unter dem Einfluß einer Feder in eine lochartige Vertiefung des Trichters gedrückt wird, so daß nach Entfernung der Schnecke und ihres Zubehörs die Ausrückstange mittels Handhebels niedergedrückt und außer Eingriff mit dem Segment gebracht werden kann.
