umsetzt usw.Extraction of hydrogen peroxide The barium peroxide coming on the market
can only be processed with the help of hydrochloric acid on hydrogen peroxide, d. H.
the barium peroxide is introduced into chilled, dilute hydrochloric acid and in it
completely resolved. In addition to hydrogen peroxide, the resulting solutions contain barium chloride.
Sulfuric acid is added to this lye so that the BaCl. in BaS04 and HCl
implements etc.
The present method is that one as the starting material
the barium peroxide hydrate obtained by electrolytic means, or strontium peroxide hydrate
or calcium superoxide hydrate is used. These manufactured by electrolytic means
@ Erdalka.lisuperoxydhydrate have the advantage that they also use hydrochloric acid and then
can be treated with sulfuric acid, but they always decompose immediately
Carbonic acid or in concentrated sulfuric acid with periodic addition of
more and more amounts of the superoxide hydrate in question with stirring and cooling
under - ö ° and under periodic or continuous separation of the resulting
insoluble residue until a certain percentage of hydrogen peroxide
and acid is reached. This procedure results in the complete decomposition of the subject
Earth alkali peroxide hydrates, and either the carbonates or the sulfates are formed
of alkaline earths and hydrogen peroxide, which are free from harmful. Fabrics is.
The 3 to 100 percent hydrogen sulfide solution obtained, in which a certain
Percentage of sulfuric acid and possibly very small amounts of organic
Substances from the solvent of the alkaline earth hydroxides are contained,
is z. in a so-called large surface evaporator, that of the hydrogen peroxide solution
in very thin - layers is quickly traversed, evaporated, with any desired
Concentration of hydrogen peroxide is reached. During evaporation, will
the sulfuric acid in the hydrogen peroxide solution always to a certain percentage
held by gradual dulling of this. Or 2., as listed under r,
only that the apparatus is placed under vacuum, with pure 3o- to q.op%
Hydrogen peroxide is distilled off from the solution and fractionated. This one
Distillation steam of 3o to ¢ o% hydrogen peroxide according to method 2 can be
as soon as they have left the surface evaporator and before they enter the surface condenser
are fed, first pass through calcined Chlorclcium, so that a part
of the water carried along is absorbed by this, .or the distillate is added
of 30 to ¢ o per cent hydrogen peroxide anew a certain percentage
Sulfuric acid and a certain amount of acidic or neutral calcined sulfate
of alkalis or magnesium to absorb the water
to and
heated the whole thing again in the surface evaporator under vacuum, then im
Surface condenser pure ¢ o- to 6o percent and even higher percent hydrogen peroxide
distilled off and fractionated.
stellt einen großen technischen Vorteil dar, weil das Ausgangsmaterial rein ist;
-The method of working via the electrolytically @generated Siup, eroxydhydrate
represents a great technical advantage because the starting material is pure;
consequently the hydrogen peroxide is free from harmful substances that could cause the decomposition
of hydrogen peroxide. -
