verhältnißmäßig sehr groß werden, wobei dieThe invention relates to a latch release,
especially for electrical overcurrent switches, in which the pressure at the latching point is reduced to a minimum
is, so that the triggering even by very weak forces, such as. B. bimetal strips
o. The like. Can take place while the release forces released thereby
become relatively very large, with the
ίο Release parts are designed as toggle levers
or are in another stretched position. At the same time it can be achieved
that even in the case of an unfavorable position of the points of application or if the toggle lever is overdrawn
a safe switch-off is taking place in the desired switching direction. This is because of this
achieved that the engaging at the latching spring is divided and
between the two springs there is a flexible intermediate link on which the fulcrum is located
of the proposed system. If you now choose the radius of this attack point accordingly, you can
Keep the pressure on the latch to a minimum. Very cheap
the arrangement also works when this middle part is made from a spring that is in the .Klinlage around the support point
laying around and trying to stretch when the latch no longer exists, and so on
Initiates movement of the release parts. It is particularly useful here to use the radius
to keep the point of attack as small as possible.
oben gezogenen Kniehebel darstellt. Erfolgt in diesem Falle (s.
The arrangement is shown in the drawing for two different lever arrangements. Fig. 1 and 2 show the arrangement for a toggle lever, Fig. 3 and 4 for a simple lever, in which, however, the points of application of the spring at the latching point represent a kind of covered toggle lever, in both cases taking into account a resilient middle link, but which can be replaced at any time by a flexible member with a corresponding formation of the associated point of application. Fig. Ι shows the release shaft α under pressure from a spring b , which it strives to hold in the latching position. c is the latch nose ,. which engages the toggle lever d, e. The latter is firmly clamped at f and on the other hand can swing around h with the lever g , i and k are two springs that are connected by the flexible center piece Z, which is bent around the roller m between d and e. Fig. 1 shows the arrangement in the switch-on position. Is it z. B. to trigger an overcurrent switch, when pressure is applied to the shaft a, it will rotate and release the nose c. Here, 'the middle piece /, which can be designed as a leaf spring, will try to bring itself into the extended position. As a result, the toggle lever d, e comes out of the extended toggle lever position into the normal one and by swinging g the arrangement comes into the position Fig. 2, in which the toggle lever, although it was pulled down, has moved upwards. Fig. 3 and 4 show the arrangement with only one lever that swings around point 0. The springs i and k are mounted in such a way that point f, point 0 and the point of application of the spring % on η represent a toggle lever that is pulled upwards. If in this case (see Fig. 4) the triggering takes place by pressing on α, the leaf spring I placed between i and k first brings the arrangement out of the toggle lever position pulled upwards and the lever »strikes downwards with considerable force, whereby either the switch itself switches off, the axis of which can act in 0 , or the lever η will only trigger the switch itself with great force.
