die Maschine für die gesamte BlindleistungIt is known to generate heat in electrically conductive materials by generating induction currents in the material through a coil through which high-frequency alternating currents flow. The material then forms, as it were, the secondary winding of a transformer. The power converted into heat is proportional to the square of the induced current and thus also to the induced current. In addition, if the primary current is constant, the secondary current increases with the number of turns in the coil surrounding the furnace. It therefore depends on the highest possible number of primary turns. The high-frequency vibrations can be caused by arcs or spark discharges or can also be taken directly from machines, to which latter type of vibration generation the invention relates in particular. The direct feeding of the furnace coil by the machine is associated with considerable disadvantages. Since the furnace coil presents a considerable resistance to the high-frequency current as a result of its self-induction, it is unfavorable to connect the furnace coil directly to the terminals of the high-frequency machine. Due to the known parallel connection of a capacitor for furnace coils and coordination with the latter to resonate with the machine frequency, the machine is relieved of wattless currents, but is still directly due to the high resonance voltages of the furnace coil and must therefore be dimensioned accordingly. An improvement can be achieved by connecting a capacitor upstream of the furnace coil, possibly using a further tuning coil, i.e., in contrast to the current resonance circuit just mentioned, connecting the machine to the furnace coil in a voltage resonance circuit. This has the advantage that you can get by with a machine voltage of normal height and still have the possibility. has to use a high number of turns on the furnace coil and thus to increase the efficiency of the furnace. If you now adjust this circle with its natural oscillation to the oscillation number of the high-frequency currents generated by the machine, the operation of the generator can be significantly improved. As already mentioned, however, very high AW numbers, that is to say very strong currents, are required for the furnace coil if the material to be melted is to be heated strongly; When tuning to resonance in the present circuit, however, only a small value of cos φ is obtained and therefore a large, wattless current that also flows through the machine and therefore puts a lot of stress on it, but above all, it brings with it the economically very considerable disadvantage that the machine for the total reactive power
In- allen Fällen erreicht
Must be dimensioned from the outset, which is a multiple of the pure wattage
required size. According to the invention, these are now both the current resonance circuit and the voltage resonance circuit

liefert.

This is the case when the voltage of the machine (given by its magnetic excitation and speed) is equal to the voltage drop at the partial self-induction S 2 with which the machine is connected in parallel Its resonance currents, which are extremely high compared to the machine current, act on the machine like a strong power network on which the latter 65 works, and that therefore the machine, since its terminal voltage, as already mentioned, has a fixed value, reacts to switching on a larger or The lower tap voltage of the self-induction S 2 only reacts in a balancing way in the sense that it takes up leading or lagging current or, if both voltages (terminal voltage of the machine and voltage drop S 2 ) are the same, supplies 75 pure watts of current into the furnace resonance circuit.
