Schuhwerk. Die Erfindung betrifft Schuhwerk, dessen Brandsohle nach
Patent 458 300 in ihrem vorderen Teil mit durchgehenden Ausschnitten größerer

Damit die Wirkung größter Biegsamkeit restlos erzielt wird, nämlich
daß die Brandsohle selbst bei schwächstem Druck sich in sich selbst zusammenziehen
oder -schieben kann, ohne daß sich die Haut und der Strumpf in die Ausschnitte hineinpressen
oder von diesen beim Zusammenziehen der Brandsohle erfaßt werden, wird die Brandsohle,
bevor sie auf den Leisten kommt, in den Teilen, wo sich die Ausschnitte befinden,
ausgeschliffen, und zwar so stark, daß die Kanten der Ausschnitte auf etwa '-/_
mm verdünnt sind. Die übrigen Teile der Brandsohle bleiben unberührt, besonders
der Rand der Brandsohle muß vollkommen erhalten bleiben, damit der Schuh Kante hat.
Die so hergerichtete Brandsohle wird nun auf der Seite, wo die Fußsohle aufliegt,
mit einem flauschartigen Stoff bezogen oder beklebt. Der weiche Flausch füllt die
Ausschnitte aus, macht die Oberfläche glatt, behindert aber nicht das Zusammenschieben

so daß die Ausballung bei jedem Auftritt und jeder Bewebning des Schuhes sich unabhängig
vors @ler Brandsohle und Laufsohle unmerklich vor-und zurückzieht, wie gerade der
