Description
Verfahren zur Beschleunigung der Abscheidung des Nitroglyzerins. Es ist bekannt, daß man bei der Nitroglyzerinherstellung nach beendeter Nitrierung durch Zusätze von Silikaten, Fluoriden oder neuerdings Schwermetallsulfaten die Scheidung des Nitroglyzerins von dem Säuregemisch beschleunigen kann. Während man bei dem Zusatz von Fluoriden die unangenehmen Eigenschaften der Flußsäure in den Kauf nehmen muß, erhält man durch Einbringen von Silikaten und Schwermetallsulfaten eine unerwünschte Menge Schlamm, die den Wert der Abfallsäure vermindert und die Apparate verunreinigt. Bei allen diesen Zusätzen nimmt die vollständige Albscheidung des Nitroglyzerins jedoch noch längere Zeit in Anspruch.Process to accelerate the deposition of nitroglycerine. Dies kann sogar so gesteigert werden, daß sich eine längere Nachscheidung erübrigt. Man verfährt beispielsweise wie folgt: Vor der Nitrierung werden bis zu I % der organischen Verbindungen dem Glyzerin oder dem Säuregemisch zugesetzt.
