der Seide torgenommen wird. Durch diese Behandlung «-erden einerseits die verdickten
Fadenenden (Knötchen) aus dem Strang entfernt und anderseits die Fäden geglättet

verdickten Fadenenden rascher entfernt, und man erzielt auch in bezug auf Glätte

dieser Streck-Schwing-Behandlung vorgenommen wird, an welche sich gemäß dem Hauptpatent
der Trockenvorgang anschließt. Hierbei wird als weiterer Vorteil eine ganz gleichmäßige
Durchfeuchtung des Stranges erzielt. die der ohnehin erforderlichen und bisher
durch
einfaches Aushängen in einem wasserbesprühten Raum bewirkten Feuchtung erheblich
überlegen -ist und zugleich diese bisherige Nachbefeuchtung ersetzt. Das vorliegende
Verfahren bedeutet infolgedessen auch keinerlei besonderen Zeitaufwand, da die Feuchtung
