Monatsbinde. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine hosenartige Monatsbinde. Zweck der Erfindung ist, eine Binde zu schaffen, die sich im Gegensatz zu den bisher bekannten Binden dieser Art fest anschmiegt, ohne daß ein unzulässiger Druck auf die inneren Körperorgane erfolgt. Ferner wird der Bindenträger selbst in seiner Lage zum Körper sicher festgehalten, so daß sich die Binde im besonderen für berufstätige Frauen eignet. Dieser Zweck wird gemäß der Erfindung wesentlich dadurch erreicht, daß die den Leib abdeckende Verschlußklappe eine etwa rechteckige Form aufweist, wobei die Seitenkanten der Klappe entsprechende Verschlußmittel besitzen, damit die Klappe mit dem Hauptteil sich verbinden läßt. Infolge der rechteckigen Form der Klappe wird der Leib angehoben, ohne jedoch die inneren Organe einem unzulässigen Druck oder einer Verlagerung auszusetzen. Die Verschlußklappe wird durch besondere Gelenknähte unterteilt, die genau der Ansatzlinie der Beine zum Rumpf folgen. Diese Gelenknähte liegen, gleichviel welche Bewegungen die Trägerin ausführt, ständig fest in der Ansatzlinie des Körpers zu den Schenkeln. Die Gelenknähte dienen gleichzeitig zur Festlegung des zweckmäßig als Tasche mit einlegbaren Versteifungsstäbchen ausgebildeten Trägers. Durch die Gelenknähte werden von der Verschlußklappe Keilstücke abgeteilt, die Teile der die Oberschenkel fest umhüllenden Hosenbeine bilden.
