Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Stumpfschweißmaschine, insbesondere der Art, wie sie zum Schweißen der Drähte an Generatoren, Motoren usw. Verwendung! findet. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Ausbildung der Elektrodenbacken, d.h. der Teile, welche den zu verschweißenden Draht fassen. Es zeigt Abb. ι einea Schnitt «, b (Abb. 2) durch die Sekundäre. Diese ist ringförmig derart gebogen, daß die Sekundäre, aus einzelnen Lamellen bestehend, .genügend biegsam wird, um den Backenflächen die für die Stauchung beim Stumpfschweißen nötige Bewegung in Richtung der Pfeile zu gestatten. Diese Backenflächen sind zweckmäßig massiv, eventuell aus härterem Material (SiliziumbroHze) und durch HartLötung etwa mit Zapfung· nach L (Abb. i) mit den Sekundärpolen verbunden. Wesejitk'ch ist nun, daß die Backenflächen F schräg zur j Ebene der Sekundäre liegen. Dadurch wird | eine schnabelartige Ausbildung B (Abb. 3) der aus dem Maschinenkörper herausragenden Spannbacken ermöglicht, die es gestattet, an alle auch vertieft liegenden SteEen einer Generator- oder Motorwicklung heranzukommen. Erst damit wird die Maschine für diesen Zweck, Verschweißung der Drahtenden an eingebauten Wicklungen, verwendbar. Um das für solche Arbeiten nötige kleine Maschinengewicht zu erreichen, ist der Transformator nach dem Schnittbild der Abb. [4 so ausgeführt, daß die einander konzentrisch umschließenden Primär- und Sekundärspulen P und S ihren Eisenweg E durch XJmwicklung mit dünnem Eisendraht erhalten.The invention relates to an electric butt welding machine, in particular of the type used for welding the wires on generators, motors, etc.! finds.
