Die Neuerungen an dem vorliegenden Sicherheitsschlofs bestehen in einer eigenthümlichen Construction des Schlüsselbartes, welche diesen gegen Nachahmung sichern soll, und in einer Vorrichtung, welche es unmöglich machen soll, dafs ein falscher Schlüssel im Schlofs umgedreht wird.The innovations in the present security lock consist of a peculiar one Construction of the key bit, which is supposed to secure it against imitation, and in one Device intended to make it impossible for a wrong key to be turned in the lock will.

Diese Zungen werden dann alle oder theilweise nach rechts oder links oder theils nach rechts, theils nach links aus der Bartebene gebogen und nach Belieben zum Theil auch noch auf verschiedene Längen abgeschnitten. Es kann, wie Fig. 5 an einigen Beispielen zeigt, eine unendliche Anzahl verschiedener, gegen die bisher üblichen Systeme völlig neuer Bartformen hergestellt werden, deren Eigenthümlichkeit sich durch die Form des Schlüsselloches nicht errathen läfst und die daher kaum copirbar sein dürften. Patent claim:
