Description

Triebwerk für schnellaufende kleine Kolbenkraftmaschinen. Triebwerke für schnellaufende kleine Kolbenkraftmaschinen mit gegenläufigen Kolben und dazwischenliegender Antriebswelle sind an sich bekannt. Von diesen bekannten Triebwerken unterscheidet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand dadurch, da.ß der Arbeitsdruck der gegenläufigen Kolben auf eine gerade Welle einerseits durch eine Schubstange und ein Exzenter und anderseits durch zwei symmetrisch dazu angeordnete Schubstangen und Exzenter übertragen wird, welche zusammen dasselbe Gewicht wie das Exzenter und die Schubstange auf der Gegenseite haben. Herdurch wird ein bei anderen Triebwerken nicht erreichbarer Massenausgleich bei einer kurzen Baulänge der Triebwelle erzielt. In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform des Triebwerkes dargestellt. Abb. z ist ein Achsenschnitt durch die gesamte Konstruktion, wobei beide Kolben in der äußeren Tötlage angenommen sind. Abb. a ist eine Ansicht in Richtung der Wellenachse. Die Arbeitskolben stehen einander in an sich bekannter Weise gegenüber, jedoch so, daß die Achsen ihrer Laufbahnen in beiden Projektionen zusammenfallen. Die mit den beiden Kolben sich hin und her bewegenden Teile haben auf beiden Seiten dieselben Gewichte. Das Exzenter a, welches durch die Schubstange b mit dem auf der linken Seite der Zeichnung dargestellten Kolben verbunden ist, hat dieselben Abmessungen und dasselbe Gewicht wie die beiden Exzenter c und d zusammen, welche unmittelbar an beiden Seiten des Exzenters a angeordnet sind, und auf welche der rechte Kolben mittels einer doppelten Schubstange wirkt. Die beiden Hälften der Doppelschubstange e und f haben zusammen ebenfalls dasselbe Gewicht wie die Schubstange b. Sodann sind weiter die Wälzlager, mit welchen die großen Schubstangenaugen auf den Exzentern gelagert sind, in ihren Gewichten einander gleich, da auf den Exzentern c und d je ein einreihiges Lager angebracht wird, welche zusammen ebenso schwer sind wie das zweireihige Lager auf dem Exzenter a. Die Exzenter c und d sind diametral zu dem Exzenter a auf der Welle g. angebracht, so daß die Triebwerkhälften in jeder Kolbenstellung achsensymmetrisch zur Wellenachse sind und infolgedessen alle von den bewegten Massen hervorgerufenen Massenkräfte sich praktisch ganz aufheben.Power unit for high-speed small piston engines.
