Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß der abnehmbare Hülsendeckel den Griffstiel

herausgezogen und dann mit einer Schwenkbewegung um das Kugellager io rechtwinklig
zur Rohrachse umgelegt werden kann. Hierbei dient eine Feder i i, die in dem Endflansch
3 in Bohrungen eingebogen ist, als Sicherung in der Gebrauchslage. Sie läßt eine
Spreizung der abgerundeten Schenkel 12 durch den hochschwenkenden Arm 6 zu und umklammert
ihn dann an den Vierkantflächen. In der Achsenrichtung muß die Durchbrechung des
Kugellagers io dem Durchmesser des Armes 6 entsprechen. Die Durchbrechung nach der
radialen Richtung dagegen verengt sich allmählich bei 13 auf die Breite des Vierkantes,
so daß in der rechtwinklig zur Walzenachse liegenden Gebrauchsstellung des Armes
6 als Löscherhandgriff die Rohrachse 4 sich nicht mehr gegenüber dem Arm 6 verdrehen
kann. Die Handhabung der Einrichtung ist so einfach, daß in der Rechten der Halter
gehalten und der Löscher ausschließlich mit der Linken gehandhabt werden kann. Der
Hülsendeckel wird bei annähernd senkrechter Lage des Halters abgeschraubt und so
weit herausgezogen, daß der Arm 6 mit seiner Kugel 7 in das Lager io gelangt. Die
Löschwalze wird dann so weit angehoben, daß der Arm 6 die Schwenkbewegung ausführen
kann. Die Hülse dient so bei dieser nun auszuführenden Schwenkung des Armes 6 als
Widerlager für den Löscher. Dadurch wird ermöglicht, daß einmal der Arm so verdreht
werden kann, daß er mit der Breitseite voran in den radialen Schlitz bei 13 eintritt,
wobei die Schlitzwandungen diese Einstellung selbsttätig unterstützen, und daß dann
;der Arm zwischen die Federschenkel 12 gedrückt werden kann. Ist dies geschehen,
so ist der Löscher in Gebrauchsstellung und kann zum Löschen nach Belieben herausgezogen
