Abstract
Description
Bd. II: Agrarwirtschaft, Bergbau/Energie, Industrie/Gewerbe. Hrsg.: Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit. Friedr. Vieweg & Sohn Verlagsgesellschaft GmbH, Braunschweig 1993). In the cement industry there are two in particular Process principles in the production of the raw material, which mostly consists of a mixture of limestone and clay in the Ratio of around 4: 1 (sand additives are also common) exists, applied. Compared to the dry process for Preparation of the raw mixture is the wet process Grind raw material with excess water to a sludge, which 35 to 40 wt .-% water, which before burning in Rotary tube furnace evaporates, contains. Due to the water content of the Mixing is, however, the amount of energy required in the About twice as high compared to the dry process. New Ovens for the wet process are only used for extreme ones Raw material conditions (e.g. water content of the raw material < 20 wt .-%, fluctuating in the chemical composition Occurrence or raw materials) (see also: environmental Manual - Working materials for the collection and evaluation of Environmental impacts. Vol. II: Agriculture, Mining / Energy, Industry / trade. Ed .: Federal Ministry of economic Cooperation. Friedr. Vieweg & Sohn Verlagsgesellschaft GmbH, Braunschweig 1993).
According to the wet process for the preparation of Raw mixes used for the firing process when it applies cementitious compositions containing asbestos, in particular Dispose of asbestos cement with little risk and the converted Material in which there are no more fibers than Recyclable material in the material cycle by from the Waste material, usually together with conventional ones Raw materials, a hydraulically active binder becomes.
The asbestos-containing compositions are as at least one starting material used for the raw mixtures, ground to raw sludge with the addition of water in tube mills, that no fiber emissions into the atmosphere are possible are, and then in the rotary kiln of the wet process dried and by the running at about 140 ° C. Burning process converted into cement clinker, the Cement plant expediently with a filter device is equipped to detect any fiber emissions to prevent from the dry phase of the process (in the exhaust gas).
