Die in beiliegender Zeichnung und Beschreibung dargestellte Gewindeschneidkluppe besteht aus einem Kranze a mit aufgeschraubtem Deckel, welch letzterer die beiden Backen b fest in den Kranz einspannt, während die dritte Backe c mit Hülfe des Knopfes d verschoben werden kann. Bei nach innen geschobenen Backen c stöfst derselbe mit einem Ansatz an die Schraube e an und wird in dieser Lage durch die Klemmschraube f befestigt, worauf das Schneiden des Gewindes beginnen kann.
