Dryer for hot air drying of sheets of paper and similar objects.
The invention relates to a device for drying paper, fabric
and the like.
Like. Layer are provided and by a, conveyor cloth from the application machine o.
Like. Continued by inflating heated air.
obengenannten Art.Such devices are known. The invention now exists
in the union of details that are essentially known at Txo, clcnern
are, and in the use of this overall arrangement in drying devices of the
Art.
All parts belonging to the drying device are from one side
closed hood, which has a dome-like (tower-like) structure in the middle
owns. The conveyor cloth goes directly through this hood in a manner known per se
through the floor pan. Inside this dome-like structure is at the highest

through into the inflator, which ensures that the air volume is evenly distributed
causes over the drying room. The radiator, the oven-like with a smoke outlet
is connected, consists of tubes in which the combustion of the fuel, e.g.
of the luminous gas, takes place in Bunsen burners, and which are installed in such a way that you
The hottest part of the air duct penetrates at right angles to the air flow. It
is achieved in that the water vapor produced during combustion with the

or electrical heating can be used in a corresponding manner.

Fig. 1 shows a side view, Fig. 2 shows a front view. Both images show the dome-like raised hood b, which is placed on the gestureUa. c is the conveyor track over which the inflator d of the working air ducts is located. The Ventila, peat sucks the air from the drying room through the suction line g and presses it by means of the inflation line through the heater A through against the workpiece, which is moved through the conveyor track c.
The pressure output and thus also the suction output of the fan can be regulated by installing a blow-off opening k in the inflation line e. In order to achieve a high suction power of the blower even when the air requirement is low, the excess air volume is directed into the hood through the vent opening, which means that the otherwise necessary throttling of the working air is unnecessary. The air blown into the hood can; Zs - additional air can be sucked in through the suction nozzle again. The arrangement of the vent opening k above the radiator h has the effect that only the air that is used is heated.
