Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Mittel zur topischen
Hautbehandlung, das der Hautalterung, insbesondere der Falten
bildung, entgegenwirkt.
Hautbehandlungsmittel, die diese Zielsetzung aufweisen, sind
bereits seit Jahrzehnten bekannt. Für diesen Zweck wurden die
verschiedensten Substanzen und deren Kombinationen vorgeschla
gen. Auch Pflanzenextrakte nehmen dabei einen breiten Raum ein.
Auch Ginkgo-Extrakt ist zum Einsatz in Hautpflegemitteln be
reits vorgeschlagen worden, allein oder im Gemisch mit anderen
Wirkstoffen, beispielsweise Polyphenol-Derivaten, wie in der
WO-A 94/14414 beschrieben.
Alle diese Zusammensetzungen haben jedoch nicht vermocht, die
Aufgabe, die Alterung der Haut, insbesondere die Verminderung
des Auftretens von Hautfalten, wirksam zu bekämpfen, zu lösen.
Es bestand daher ein Bedürfnis, ein derartiges Mittel zur Ver
fügung zu stellen.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde nunmehr festgestellt, daß eine Kombina
tion aus Ginkgo-Extrakt und Glycin geeignet ist, diese Aufgabe
in befriedigender Weise zu lösen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist demgemäß ein Mittel zur topischen
Hautbehandlung, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es in einem
geeigneten Trägermaterial eine Kombination aus einem Ginkgo-
Extrakt und Glycin enthält.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Ginkgo-Extrakt handelt es
sich vorzugsweise um einen solchen, der durch Extraktion von
Ginkgo-Blättern, insbesondere Ginkgo biloba, mit Lösungsmit
teln, beispielsweise einem Wasser/Propylenglykol- bzw.
1,3-Butylenglykol-Gemisch, gewonnen wird.
Geeignete Ginkgo-Extrakte sind literaturbekannt, beispielsweise
auch aus der erwähnten WO-A 94/14414, und im Handel erhältlich,
beispielsweise von der Firma Cosmetochem GmbH unter dem Namen
"Herbasol® Extract Ginkgo", oder auch, in konzentrierter Form,
der "Flavonoid Complex SC" des gleichen Unternehmens.
Der Anteil an Ginkgo-Extrakt in den erfindungsgemäßen Zusammen
setzungen ist selbstverständlich von dessen Konzentrationsgrad
abhängig und daher über weite Bereiche variabel, er liegt
zweckmäßigerweise bei etwa 0,01 bis etwa 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise
etwa 0,05 bis etwa 2,5 Gew.-% der Gesamtzusammensetzung, wobei
von einem Trockenrückstand von etwa 2 bis etwa 15, insbesondere
von 3 bis etwa 12 ausgegangen werden kann. Die wirksamen
Bestandteile des Ginkgo-Extrakts sind dabei mutmaßlich die
darin enthaltenen Flavonoide.
Der zweite essentielle Bestandteil der erfindungsgemäßen Kombi
nation ist Glycin, vorzugsweise ebenfalls in einer Menge von
etwa 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,05 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, vor
zugsweise bis zu etwa 1 Gew.-% der Gesamtzusammensetzung.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Hautbehandlungsmittel können, neben den
beiden essentiellen Bestandteilen Ginkgo-Extrakt und Glycin,
noch weitere in solchen Mitteln an sich bekannte Wirkstoffe
enthalten.
Als solche seien insbesondere ölhaltige Nanosomen, vorzugsweise
in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 bis etwa 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere
0,25 bis etwa 2,5 Gew.-%, berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammen
setzung, genannt. Diese Nanosomen bzw. Nanopartikel bestehen
aus einer Hülle aus Lipiden, beispielsweise Sphingolipiden,
Phospholipiden oder Ceramiden, und weisen, wie ihr Name bereits
andeutet, Teilchengrößen im Nanometerbereich, insbesondere
zwischen etwa 50 und etwa 600 nm, vorzugsweise zwischen etwa
100 und 300 nm, auf. Die Lipidphase beträgt dabei etwa 5 bis
35, vorzugsweise 10 bis 30%, der Anteil an Phospholipiden,
insbesondere Lecithin, liegt zwischen etwa 2 und 15, vorzugs
weise 5 bis 10%.
Eine Gruppe von Nanosomen, die sich zum erfindungsgemäßen Ein
satz besonders eignen, sind unter der Bezeichnung
"Ultraspheres®" von der Firma Lipoid KC im Handel; es wird hier
zu auch auf die Übersicht von R.A.Brunke und E.Charlet in
"Seifen, öle, Fette, Wachse", Band 117 (1991), S. 514 bis 517,
sowie die eigene DE-C 43 02 132 verwiesen.
Ein weiterer bevorzugter Bestandteil der erfindungsgemäßen
Hautbehandlungsmittel sind Mono-, Di- oder Trihydroxycarbon
säuren bzw. deren wasserlösliche Salze, vorzugsweise in einer
Menge von etwa 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,1 bis 2,5
Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,25 bis 1 Gew.-%, berechnet auf die Gesamt
zusammensetzung des Mittels.
Solche Carbonsäuren sind beispielsweise Milchsäure, Glykol
säure, Äpfelsäure, Weinsäure, Mandelsäure, Citronensäure, o. ä.
Fruchtsäuren.
Diese Hydroxycarbonsäuren, insbesondere die α-Hydroxycarbon
säuren, können auch in an sich bekannter Weise mit Makromole
külen wie Polysacchariden oder Proteinen verbunden sein; ent
sprechende Produkte sind beispielsweise unter den Namen
"Glycacid®" und "Protacid®" im Handel.
Geeignete Polysaccharide sind hierbei beispielsweise Ligen
extrakt, Chondroitinsulfat, Laminarin, Inulin oder Xanthan, die
mit Weinsäure und/oder Äpfelsäure verknüpft sind.
Geeignete Proteine sind beispielsweise Casein, Lactalbumin,
Seidenprotein, Mandelprotein, Haferprotein, Weizenprotein,
Kornprotein, Erbsenprotein oder Sojaprotein, die mit Äpfel
säure, Weinsäure und/oder Citronensäure verknüpft sind. Ein
besonders bevorzugtes Protein ist ein Soja-/Maisprotein-
Reaktionsprodukt mit Äpfelsäure.
Ein weiterer bevorzugt im Rahmen der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen
mitverwendeter Bestandteil ist Panthenol, vorzugsweise
in einer Menge von 0,05 bis 2,5, insbesondere 0,1 bis
1 Gew.-% der Gesamtzusammensetzung.
Die erfindungsgemäße Hautbehandlungsmittel können, neben den
genannten essentiellen und bevorzugt mitverwendeten Bestandteilen,
selbstverständlich weitere in solchen Mitteln übliche
Wirk- und Hilfsstoffe enthalten. Zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen
wird hierzu auf die Monographie von K. Schrader, "Grundlagen
und Rezepturen der Kosmetika", 2. Auflage (1989, Hüthig
Buchverlag, Heidelberg), S. 387 bis 534, hingewiesen, wo im
Rahmen zahlreicher Rezepturen sowohl die verschiedensten Wirk-
und Hilfsstoffe als auch die für Hautbehandlungsmittel zum
Einsatz gelangenden Grundlagen beschrieben sind. Solche sind
insbesondere wäßrige und wäßrig-alkoholische Lösungen, Wasser-
in-Öl- und Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen und Mischformen zwischen
beiden sowie Mikroemulsionen, Gele, etc.
Auch eine Konfektionierung als Schaumaerosol ist erwünschtenfalls
möglich.
Die Erfindung wird in den folgenden Ausführungsbeispielen näher
illustriert und die Wirksamkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Hautbehandlungsmittel
nachgewiesen.

Diese Zusammensetzung gemäß Beispiel 1 wurde in einem in vitro-
Vergleichsversuch auf ihre Hydroxyl-Radikalfängerwirkung, die
ein Maß für die hautschützende Fähigkeit einer Zusammensetzung
dargestellt (vgl. hierzu E. Mignini et al., "International Journal
of Cosmetic Science" 11 (1989), S. 21-26; D. Friese et al.,
"Parfümerie und Kosmetik" 72 (1991), S. 569-574; und B. Levrat,
"Seifen, Öle, Fette, Wachse" (1992), S. 148-155) im System
Hyaluronsäure/Xanthin/Xanthinoxidase mit einer ansonsten identischen
Vergleichszusammensetzung 1, die keinen Ginkgo-Extrakt
enthielt, einer identischen Vergleichszusammensetzung 2, die
weder Glycin noch Ginkgo-Extrakt enthielt, und einer identischen
Vergleichszusammensetzung 3, die kein Glycin aber 2,00
Gew.-% Ginkgo-Extrakt aufwies, verglichen.
Dies zeigt den besonders bei längerer Einwirkung überlegenen
Effekt der erfindungsgemäßen, Ginkgo-Extrakt und Glycin enthaltenden
Zusammensetzung gegenüber einer nur Glycin bzw. nur
Ginkgo-Extrakt enthaltenden Zusammensetzung, die wiederum
gegenüber einem "Placebo" einen signifikanten Effekt aufweisen.
Der in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Zusammensetzung wurden, unter
entsprechender Herabsetzung des Wassergehaltes, noch 2 Gew.-%
eines Soja-/Maisprotein-Äpfelsäure (22 : 78)-Kondensats zugesetzt,
wodurch insbesondere ein zusätzlicher hautreinigender
Effekt erreicht wird.

Claims (7)
1. Mittel zur topischen Hautbehandlung, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es in einem geeigneten Trägermaterial eine Kombination
aus einem Ginkgo-Extrakt und Glycin enthält.
2. Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,01
bis 5 Gew. -% Ginkgo-Extrakt, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusam
mensetzung, enthält.
3. Mittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
es 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% Glycin, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusam
mensetzung, enthält.
4. Mittel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprü
che, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% öl
haltige Nanosomen, berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammenset
zung, enthält.
5. Mittel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprü
che, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-%, be
rechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung, mindestens einer
Mono-, Di- oder Trihydroxycarbonsäure bzw. deren wasser
lösliche Salze enthält.
6. Mittel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die
Mono-, Di- oder Trihydroxycarbonsäuren in Form ihrer
Reaktionsprodukte mit Proteinen und/oder Polysacchariden
enthält.
7. Mittel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprü
che, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,05 bis 2,5 Gew.-%,
berechnet auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung, Panthenol ent
hält.
