Description

Von einer guten Hackmaschine verlangt man, daß der Schnittwinkel der Hackmesser ohne großen Zeitverlust bei der Hackarbeit verstellt werden kann. Es sind Vorrichtungen bekannt geworden, bei denen dieses dadurch erreicht werden soll, daß die Hackrahmenschienen, an welchen die Parallelogramme befestigt sind, dem gewünschten Schnittwinkel entsprechend gedreht werden, indem ίο der Hackrahmen mehr oder weniger schräg gestellt oder die Schiene gedreht und in Höhenrichtung verstellt wird. Dieses hat bei zweireihigen Hackmaschinen aber den Nachteil, daß die vorderen Parallelogramme tiefer zu stehen kommen als .die hinteren. Da bei der Arbeit durch die entstehende Zugwirkung die Verbindungsteile der Parallelogramme sich parallel zum Erdboden einstellen, werden die Hackmesser vorn leichter und tiefer in den Boden eindringen als hinten, was im Interesse einer guten Hackarbeit vermieden werden muß. Bei anderen Maschinen wird der Scihnittwinkel durch Verstellung jedes einzelnen Parallelogramms ader jedes einzelnen Messers verändert, was aber sehr umständlich und zeitraubend ist. Es sind auch Hackmaschinen bekannt geworden, bei welchen die Parallelogramm-Befestigungsschienen, zwecks Aushebung der Hackmesser, um ihre Längsachse gemeinsam drehbar gelagert sind. Der Hackrahmen dieser Maschinen ist aber in Höhenrichtung nicht parallel verstellbar, sondern schwingt um die Radachse, wodurch bei einer Schnittwinkelverstellung der oben betonte Übelstand des verschiedenen Tiefganges der beiden Messerreihen eintritt. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung, mit welcher an einer zweireihigen Hackmaschine mit in Höhenrichtung parallel zum Erdboden verstellbaren Hackrahmen und in bekannter Weise um ihre Längsachse gemeinsam drehbaren Parallelogramm-Befestigungsschienen der Schnittwinkel aller Hackmesser, ohne Beeinträchtigung der Wirkung einer Messerreihe, geändert werden kann.
