Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for guiding an optical fiber, which a tubular cable routing, a support plate, fastening elements for attaching the tubular cable guide tion on a frame and a fiber guide.
The invention further relates to a fiber guide with surfaces for attaching the fiber guide to one Frame and with guides for guiding a cable guide for fiber guidance.
Traditionally, an optical fiber in rooms, which is constructed without considering optical fibers are managed in a very controlled manner and so that the handling problems of the optical fiber be recognized. The minimum bending radius of the fiber must be observed very closely because of the fiber when it is too is bent to a smaller radius, break easily and Can cause signal transmission problems. Especially there is often a lack of necessary bushings and equipment frames Routes for the optical fiber, the fiber cable can be easily assembled in the same way as a nor male lead. However, the above is easily created imagined problem if the optical fiber became too small radius is bent. The Monta is accordingly tide of the optical cable on the device frame without protection pipes and routes of the optical cable very long and will be very expensive. It should also be noted that the against Current trend is to get all sorts of cables out of the way bring back side of the device frame, being separate Routes for the optical fiber are necessary.
This arrangement is based on the task an easy and quick installation of an optical fiber enable on a device frame and at the same time one sufficiently large bending radius for the optical fiber ensure.
This arrangement is characterized in that the support plate has a mounting surface on which the fasteners for the tubular cable guide tion that the mounting surface itself at a distance from a wall plane of the frame det and that the tubular cable guide by means of Fiber guidance perpendicular to the first wall level th second level of the frame is attached, one arc formed by the tubular cable guide has a bending radius that is at least the same size like the minimum bending radius of the fiber cable.
Next is the fiber guide according to the invention characterized in that the fiber guide a Füh tion plate has that the guide plate bent so is that their bend radius is greater than or equal to is the minimum bending radius of the fiber cable, and that the Guide plate has a surface, whereby the Füh plate on a wall level of the device frame is supported.
An essential idea of the arrangement is there in that the optical fibers in a separate, raw reniform space, the necessary Places is bent so that its bending radius is greater than or the same size as the minimum bending radius of the opti is fiber. Because the optical cable within the tubular construction is running, is its bending radius therefore always larger than its minimum bending radius. A Another key idea is that if the optical Fiber comes out of the tubular construction or is introduced as an extension of the röh a fiber guide is used, which also bends the optical fiber into a small one prevent bending radius as permissible.
An advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is that the arrangement of very simple materials can be made, it becomes very cheap. Accordingly, it is very easy to arrange the device to attach the frame, the optical fibers very are easy and quick to assemble and operate and it is also possible to bend the optical Avoid fiber too small a bending radius. Out These reasons also cost a lot and Assembly time saved.
Es zeigtThe invention is illustrated in the following drawing explained. It shows

Fig. 2 die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung an ihrer Betriebs stelle angebracht. Fig. 2, the arrangement according to the invention at its operating point attached.
Fig. 1 shows an arrangement 1 according to the invention, which has tubular fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b and a fiber guide 3 . The fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b are fastened by means of fastening elements 4 a, 4 b, 4 c and 4 d to a support plate 5 , which is intended to be fastened, for example, to the rear wall of a device frame. The bending radius of the tubular cable guides 2 a and 2 b is brought about at its turn by 90 ° at a point 6 so that a mounting surface 7 of the support plate 5 , on which surface the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b by means of the BEFE stigungsglieder 4 a to 4 d are moored so much of a mounting level for the support plate 5 is lifted that the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b do not need to be bent to a smaller radius than the minimum bending radius of the fiber cable. Thus, the fiber cables can preferably be brought along a cable grate on the device frame, for example, after which they are drawn into the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b. They are very well protected against any excess bending. Correspondingly, a fiber guide 3 is arranged at the other end of the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b, which can be fastened along mounting planes 8 a, 8 b, 8 c and 8 d, for example at the bottom of the device frame. Most advantageously, the fiber guide 3 is formed by bending sheet metal. If the fi cable comes out of the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b and is then bent upwards, it is important at this point that the cables are not allowed to be bent to a smaller radius than the minimum bending radius. Therefore, a guide plate 9 is bent on the front part of the fiber guide 3 , the bending radius of which is also greater than the minimum bending radius of the fiber cables. Furthermore, the guide plate 9 has a surface 10 , whereby the guide plate 9 is supported, for example, on the bottom of the device frame.
Fig. 2 is a side view of the arrangement according to the Invention attached to the device frame 11 . The Be reference numbers of FIG. 2 correspond to those of Fig. 1. The fiber cable guides 2 a and of the equipment frame 11 are 2 b by means of the support plate 5 on a rear wall 12 secured. Because the surface 7 of the support plate is curved so that it is located at an advantageous distance from the mounting plane for the support plate 5 , the mounting members 4 a to 4 d of the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b at a suitable distance from the rear wall 12 of the device frame 11 can be attached to the surface 7 . Be because the cable guides 2 a and 2 b by means of the elements 4a to 4d on the surface 7 of the support plate 5 fixed to the fiber cable can holes 2 a and 2 b are bent at point 6 that their bending radius is greater in size than or equal to what is the smallest permissible bending radius of the fiber cable. By regulating the distance of the surface 7 from the rear wall 12 of the device frame 11 and at the same time also from the mounting plane for the support plate 5 , the bending radius of the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b can thus also be regulated. Accordingly, at the front of the Bo dens 13 of the device frame 11, the fiber guide 3 makes Festge, wherein the guide plate 9 prevents bending of the fiber cable to a radius that is too small when the fiber cable comes out of the fiber cable guide 2 a and is bent upward to the device frame 11 . The routing of the fiber cables to the device frame 11 is thus very easy and simple, and the assembly time of the fiber cables is very short due to the finished routes. The fiber guide 3 is preferably formed from bent sheet metal, whereby a blank can be cut out of a larger sheet metal plate and then bent into shape. The fiber guide 3 is provided with guides 14 a and 14 b, which center the fiber cable guides 2 a and 2 b and can be seen in FIG. 1. Accordingly, they support the fiber cable routing 2 a and 2 b very precisely on the bottom 13 of the device frame 11 . Furthermore, the guide plate 9 is very easy to bend with the desired radius and then to be supported on the bottom 13 of the device frame 11 by means of the surface 10 .
