Abstract
Description
The EBFZ is an electrotechnical one Basic building block for a table football game. One embodies the soccer player Metal ball, which by electromagnetic Force above the EBFZ rolls and a plastic ball as a soccer ball should initiate. The table football field will formed from several EBF cells. Their Task is the rolling motion the metal ball or the Metal balls according to the principle of Cause linear motor drive. The EBFZ consists of nine cylindrical ones Current coils wound in the same direction and are arranged like a checkerboard. Each coil has a ferrite core that same on the common base plate Material is firmly connected. All nine Coil ends are in a common Merged star point. The beginning each coil is in one Plug contact. The nine plug contacts are seated in an insulating plate that has an adhesive connection with the same size ferrite core base plate Has. To the beginnings of Coil windings with the plug contacts connect, there are nine holes in the Ferrite core base plate attached. By this becomes the insulated coil wire fed to the plug contacts and with pressed or soldered the same. The The position of use of the EBFZ is horizontal Position. The EBFZ is with Three-phase alternating current supplied. Of the nine individual coils form three coils a linear drive member. Depending on, like the order of the three-phase phases R, S and T on the plug contacts the magnetic field builds up with its direction of action.
There is a metal ball above the coils, so there will be eddy currents induced. Because this is the cause are opposite, so is her Magnetic field opposite. Both Magnetic fields, that of the coil and that through generated the eddy current, the Attraction between the coil and the metal ball. Because the magnetic field changes continuously due to direction, the metal ball experiences a torque. It rolls over the EBFZ. The direction their movement is determined only by the Connection or the phase position of the three-phase current certainly.
An exemplary embodiment of the EBFZ is shown in FIG. 1 and the associated circuit symbol is shown in FIG. 2.
