Abstract

The winder comprises a fork-like winding pin (1) with fixed or movable handle (4) and a single or multi-armed retaining bar (6) which rotates on the pin. The arms of the retaining bar run along the fork side of the pin. The winding pin can have a fixed arm and swivel mounted arm which can be secured in the closed position by a lock.
