Process for the operation of thermal power plants. The invention relates
focus on thermal power plants consisting of steam generators with or without parallel
switched accumulators, heat consumers and power machines that use exhaust steam for heating purposes
release and at least one of which is under lower pressure than the boiler pressure
standing, temporarily receiving steam from the engine Wännespeicher arranged
is.
gleichbleibende Mittelwerte umzustellen. Dies erfordert komplizierte und deshalb
betriebsunsichere Regelvorrichtungen. It has been suggested so as not to have large and expensive memories
to get at different times according to the different mean values
the steam demand the steam supply of the steam generator on different, but each
to convert constant mean values. This requires complicated and therefore
unsafe control devices.
According to the invention, this drawback is avoided in that at
large power steam and. the storage tank with the excess
Steam from the engine as well as cold water is fed while at large
Heating steam and small power steam requirements the additional heating steam requirement from the storage
is covered, the memory with hot water or steam from the boiler and
the boiler is fed with cold water. One achieves the advantage in spite of this
With constant firing and steam tension, larger amounts of steam can be extracted from the boiler
to be able to.
In the drawing, an embodiment is shown for example. Live steam is supplied from steam generator d through line a to engine t, which is selected here as a back pressure turbine. The exhaust steam leaves the turbine through line b and flows into heating line h, from where it is fed to heat consumers v. The condensate flows into the collecting line s, which it feeds through the line L to the cold water tank k. From an intermediate stage of the turbine, steam should be able to be withdrawn and fed through line c to memory w, the pressure of which must be between that at the tapping point and that in the heating line. If there is a large heating requirement and a small power steam requirement, the additional heating steam requirement is fed from the storage tank through pipe e into the heating line. At the same time, hot water or steam flows from the boiler through pipe f into the memory, while the boiler rides cold water from the container k through the lines ä and is fed into by means of the pump p. Conversely, if there is a large power requirement and a small heating steam requirement, the excess steam from the turbine is passed through line c into the memory, while the boiler is fed with hot water from the memory through lines i and m by means of the pump p. The feed line is expediently connected to the cold water line g and the hot water line i through one or more valves or slides x, which are set up so that hot and cold water can be conveyed alternately or simultaneously into the boiler. It is advisable to let the line i go through a preheater ö, which is heated either by direct firing or by steam, for example by the mostly superheated steam flowing from the turbine to the store. A line n is expediently provided between the reservoir and the container h through which cold water can be conveyed into the reservoir. This is particularly advantageous when pressure fluctuations in the accumulator are to be avoided as far as possible.
