Description

Process for dewatering originating from the foam floating process Sludge. The invention relates to a method for dewatering from the foam swimming process originating sludge and consists in the fact that the foamed sludge on a coarse-grained Abandoned filter layer of a known type and the filter layer in a shaking Movement is displaced. As a result of the shaking movement of the drainage surfaces and the sucking effect of the water drawn off from the filter layer takes place destruction of the foam and thus extensive dewatering of the sludge. This effect is supported by the rearrangement that takes place when the sieve is shaken the fine and coarse good parts, which the latter seek to reach the top and destroy the foam by penetrating the bubbles. It is known per se to use a coarse-grained filter layer when dewatering mineral sludge. It is also known per se to dewater fine-grained to slurry products by that they are passed over a fine-meshed, shaking sieve surface. The invention consists in the union of the two characteristics and in the use for sludge from the foam swimming process, whereby the advantages mentioned above are achieved. A coarse-grained filter layer is expediently used as a filter layer for dewatering ore sludge Ore layer and when dewatering coal sludge coal from coal washing, z. B. coking coal, use. The solid components of the sludge are together with the granular filter layer particles mixed at the end of the drainage surface. You have it in your hand, through the choice of the filter material, an intended mixture of filter material and sludge particles. To favor drainage you can create a vacuum under the drainage surface.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zum Entwässern von aus dem Schaumschwimmverfahren stammenden Schlämmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaumschlamm auf eine grobkörnige Filterschicht an sich bekannter Art aufgegeben und der grobkörnigen Filterschicht eine schüttelnde Bewegung erteilt wird, um das Eindringen der groben Körner in die Schaumblasen zu erreichen, wodurch diese platzen und der Schaum zerstört wird.PATENT CLAIM: Process for dewatering from the foam floating process originating sludge, characterized in that the foamed sludge on a coarse-grained Abandoned filter layer of a known type and the coarse-grained filter layer a shaking motion is given to prevent the coarse grains from entering the To reach foam bubbles, causing them to burst and the foam is destroyed.
