Description
Dampferzeuger, insbesondere für hohen Druck. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf den zylindrischen Umlaufmantel für Dampferzeuger mit innenliegender Feuerung. Wenn der Umlauf des Wassers durch eine Pumpe bewirkt wird, dann- soll gemäß der Erfindung das obere Ende des Umlaufmantels über den Wasserspiegel hinausragen, und zwar so weit, daß das innerhalb des Mantels hochgedrückte Wasser auch die beheizte Fläche der Mantelwand kühlt, die oberhalb des Wasserspiegels liegt. Die Erfindung- ist- in der Zeichnung zur Darstellung gebracht. Es stellt Abb. r einen Höhenschnift eines-- Kessels dar, der aus einem Oberkessel a und einem Unterkessel b besteht, Abb. a einen teilweisen Horizontalschnitt. Der Oberkessel a hat als Ergänzung einen ,gleichachsigen Innenkessel c. Jeder dieser drei Kessel hat einen Umlaufmantel ,d. Alle drei Umlaufmäntel ragen mit ihrem oberen Ende über den Wasserspiegel hinaus. Das. Wasser wird durch ein Rohr e . abgesaugt und durch ein Rohr f in den nunmehr unten abgeschlossenen, ringförmigen Raum, der sich zwischen dem Umlaufmantel und einem Kesselmantel befindet, gedrückt. Dabei muß das hineingedrückte Wascser sich über den oberen Rand des Umlaufmantels ergießen, wobei es in den Dampfraum fällt. Das obere Ende des Umlaufmantels bildet demnach ein Wehr für das umlaufende Wasser. Durch das Heben, des Wassers über das Wehr wird .die sonst nur mit dem Dampf Sxn Berührung stehende Heizfläche, die oberhalb des Wasserspiegels liegt, dauernd gekühlt, so daß keine übermäßige Erhitzung eines Teiles der Kesselwand und keine dadurch hervorgerufende gefährliche Wärmespannung entstehen kann.Steam generator, especially for high pressure.
