Description

Verfahren zur Vermeidung von Staubbildung bei der Fortbewegung von feinkörniger Kohle in einem Behälter. Es besteht bei der Fortbewegung feinkörniger Kohle, wie besonders Braunkohle, sei es, daß sie durch Schwerkraft oder besondere äußere Einwirkung bewegt wird, stets die Gefahr, daß eine starke Staubentwicklung entsteht, namentlich wenn durch diese Bewegung zugleich eine ständige Umlagerung der einzelnen Kohleteilchen stattfindet. Durch diese Staubentwicklung geht nicht nur Gut verloren, sondern es werden hierdurch auch Verunreinigungen, die z. B. bei der Gewinnung von Teer aus Braunkohle sehr schädlich sein würden, hervorgerufen. Bisher hat man sich lediglich bemüht, den sich entwickelnden Staub in irgendeiner Weise abzuführen, wodurch die geschilderten '-,#7 achteile jedoch nur zum Teil vermieden werden können, wenn nicht kostspielige Staubabscheider neuerer Bauart angeordnet werden sollen. Durch die Erfindung soll nun die Entwicklung von Staub überhaupt vermieden werden, und zwar dadurA, daß die feinkörnige Kohle auf ihrem einer Staubentwicklung ausgesetzten Wege allseitig in einem Behälter eingeschlossen ist, der ständig unter Vakuum gehalten wird. Da in einem luftleeren Raum leichte Körper ebenso schnell fallen wie schwere, so werden auch die feinsten Teile der Kohle nicht in dem die Kohle umgebenden Dampf oder Gas, z. B. Luft, schweben bleiben, sondern bei einer Umlagerung sofort `nieder auf die Kohle zurückfallen. Hierdurch wird neben den oben angegebenen Vorteilen auch erreicht, daß die besondere Transportbahn für den abzuführenden Staub überflüssig wird.Procedure for avoiding dust formation when moving fine grain coal in a container.
