Description
The invention relates to a method for achieving Telephone subscribers in fixed and mobile telephone networks using a cell phone.
The modern public cellular networks are called an overlay networks parallel to the already existing Fixed network (in Germany, for example, from the German Bundespost or Telekom exaggerated) for telephony for the Offered to users. The user who is independent of his current location must be reachable in accordance with the current state of the art in addition to its business phone number (if it is a businessman acts) in the fixed network also his number in the mobile network publish. The caller must now try out under which number (fixed number or mobile number) the called party can be reached at a certain time. The An calling is also known at the same time whether the User is currently at his workplace, where more common as the landline phone is arranged, or whether he is another place. This transparency to the outside world is naturally not wanted for many users.
In addition to public mobile networks, in Germany from the Telekom, but also set up by company consortiums often in larger companies still cordless telephone systems installed, which gives the user the freedom of communication cation on the company premises. This is usually with another number for the user connected so that the user next to his public Mobile phone also has a cordless phone with it must carry around if he is both from the public mobile network want to be reachable from, as well as from one of the Business premises communication network caller looking for him.
If the user also has a cord in his private home loose phone installed, this still leads to one another portable device and yet another phone number.
The resulting variety of devices and the the number must correspond to the number of different numbers Users also always know in which network they are currently tele wants to call the correct area codes or numbers to be able to use and avoid a wrong choice. This is for business people who deal with lots of details anyway are often an unreasonable additional burden.
From US 5222123 is a method for reaching the telephone part subscribers in fixed and mobile radio communication networks using of a mobile phone previously known. The mobile phone has certain Data programmed into data storage devices. So are the places code or number of a fixed connection of the fixed telephone network zes and the extension number or number of a public network ner telephone system programmed. The program is like that designed that depending on where or in which network area Cell phone just located, such manipulation of these digits or numbers is done as is to produce the desired compound necessary is.
From GB 2254755 a call forwarding is known in which the Call forwarding automatically based on an identification device is always triggered to the communication apparatus in which The person carrying the identification apparatus is close at hand det.
From US 5127042 a cordless phone is known that in can feed cordless networks as well as cellular networks.
The disadvantage of this prior art is that there is no call forwarding between a fixed network telephone and a handset takes place, the mobile phone being equipped for several mobile networks is.
The object of the invention is to provide a method that avoids the disadvantages mentioned above and using the Features of modern switching facilities Accessibility of the user ensures without this must carry more than one portable mobile phone, whereby he also uses this cell phone on all of the above Places and for him the same situation of Establishing a connection emerges as he does with his Fixed telephone, for example at work is used to.
B. DECT-Netz).This task is solved by a procedure consisting of a sensor or Contact device of the DECT base station on the fixed connection a switching system (PBX) that determine whether the mobile phone is at the fixed connection and with activate one of the sensor or contact devices call forwarding facility for forwarding the call from the fixed network (PBX) on a mobile network, such as esp especially a mobile telephone network (e.g. DECT network).
This procedure also provides that when you first install the mobile certain data (such as area code or Area code) of a fixed connection of the fixed long distance network (like business connection of the telephone part subscriber) and data (such as extension number or through dialing code) one (e.g. belonging to the business) Telephone exchange that is connected to a public, digital network (like ISDN in Telekom) is closed, in data storage devices of the mobile telephones programmed or stored, and that the program is designed so that depending on where or to which network connection point the mobile phone is currently such manipulation of these digits or Numbers are made as is to produce the desired one Connection is necessary.
In particular, it is beneficial if the mobile network (DECT network) a private, e.g. B. company mobile Network and is connected to the PABX Facilities for reviewing and creating an auditor Results signal shows whether the mobile phone is still in the Coverage area of the mobile network is located, and Forwarding this test result signal to the PBX causes in which PABX in turn a facility can be provided to forward calls in public ISDN on the public cellular network GSM (GSM network: Global System for Mobile Communication) and the Redirect the subscriber's number in this network.
A sensor device can also be provided in the mobile phone with which it is determined whether the mobile phone is in the area of the public cellular network (GSM network) is or not, and have a switching device, the operating under the control of this sensor device way of switching the cell phone is able to that from a cellular network (such as GSM or DECT network) to one other mobile network (such as private DECT network, or a GSM network).
Furthermore, the mobile phone can be set up reject a call forwarding (automatically) can be made common if the user so wishes.
Furthermore, the mobile phone can be a controllable generator facility for the generation of upstream digits or Series numbers for the entered number sequence exhibit. Furthermore, the mobile phone can also be an on direction to suppress certain input Have numbers or numbers in a Numbers are provided, especially for Suppression of digits, especially zeros.
Finally, the mobile phone can be used for the first installation programmable program storage device for recording Have data from the public fixed network (PBX), such as the area code or extension number of the PBX.
With the inventive method or when using the Device according to the invention can be used by switching devices customary today a user safely make it with just a single portable mobile phone is available at all major locations or from a ver. all these places in a completely identical way can build a bond, as he does from his firm installed phone at work.
The inventive method is based on the assumption that the user publishes a phone number at which he wants to be reachable. This number is usually his business phone number in a company telecommunications university cation system (which is usually, for example, a Central and several branches and to the postal ISDN switching with the help of already today usual broadband cable connections is connected). The user owns in his business area his desk an extension in the form of a com fortable phone with all the features of today are common for such private branch exchanges (fax connection, Telephone connection connection, data transmission connection etc.). This represents his published (for example in Phone book or on the letterhead of his company) phone number In addition to this wired connection is in business area a radio exchange according to the usual today DECT standard (Digital European Cordless Telecommunications) Installed. The region is furthermore publicly Disconnected GSM network (Global System for Mobile Communication). The user is on in his private apartment a public telephone network (in Germany to that of Telekom of the Deutsche Bundespost) connected and owns possibly there is also an additional cordless one Telephone system according to the DECT standard.
The universal accessibility is now realized by that due to the geographic location of the mobile phone Location of the user can be determined in each case and by activating call forwarding accordingly Connection to the destination is switched through. This is full automatically possible so that there is nothing of attention or requires user intervention. Otherwise would be misdirected calls practically inevitable.
The invention is explained below with reference to exemplary embodiments play explained in more detail, which are shown in the figures are.

Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a form suitable for execution of the method the mobile telephone.
First, using an example (movement of the user from his workplace home) to describe the operation of the arrangement or procedure according to the invention: normally and in particular during the day, the user carries out his calls from his phone 12 on the business connection of the telecommunications system 14 of the company. This PABX is connected via a connection bundle (ISDN cable) ( 16 ) in a manner that is customary per se today to a local exchange (ISDN exchange), which is provided in Germany, for example, by Deutsche Telekom Deutsche Telekom. In Fig. 1, this local exchange is provided with the associated area code, which is indicated in the example with 03641. The PABX can be selected from this public, fixed telephone network in that, in addition to the "area code" (03641), the actual telephone number of the PABX or the associated company is dialed, in the example shown in FIG. 1 this is the sequence of digits 309 in addition to a further one or more digit number which leads, for example, to a switching facility in this telecommunications system, or to one of the several telephone connections which are part of this telecommunications system, for example to the telephone with the reference number 12 , which has the number sequence 123 as shown in FIG. 1. By dialing the number sequence 03641-309-123, this telephone 12 can thus be reached in a conventional manner by a caller via the post-fixed network. Conversely, the user of the telephone can make 12 telephone calls via the PABX 14 and the ISDN exchange, as is known per se. In addition to this conventional telephone device, as has just been described, the PABX 14, in addition to the wired connection 12, also has a radio exchange according to the DECT standard, represented in FIG. 1 by the block 20 , which is a transceiver device with an antenna 22 according to the DECT principle, with a hand-held device 24 , which forms a radio channel via its antenna 26 to the antenna 22 . The hand-held device 24 has conventional operating devices, such as a dialing keyboard, a further microphone or a speech capsule, a small loudspeaker or a hearing capsule, and possibly also a display of important data which may be of importance to the user.
Furthermore, the device 24 can be inserted in a suitable manner in the block 20 such that, for. B. a contact or sensor can determine the fact of the inserted handheld device. This information is checked by the PABX when a call for the telephone 12 is received in order to determine whether the mobile telephone 24 is located at the associated stationary telephone 12 . If the mobile phone 24 has been removed, the PABX activates the call diversion to the mobile phone. This means that incoming calls are now transmitted to the mobile phone via the DECT network, see the two antennas 22 , 26 and the arrow in between, which is intended to represent the radio connection. This call forwarding takes place automatically, that is, without the user having to change anything. The DECT network checks at short intervals whether the mobile phone 24 is still in the coverage area of the network, which may be represented here by line 28.
If the user leaves this area 28 with his mobile phone 24 , the DECT base station 20 sends a corresponding signal to the telecommunications system 14 , which in turn now activates a new call diversion, specifically to a public mobile radio network, as a GSM network designated. This public GSM network is shown in FIG. 1 as block 32 , which block forms, for example, a GSM node, which may be linked to the aforementioned ISDN switch 18 via a broadband cable connection 34 . The GSM node 32 supplies a specific area of the GSM network via an antenna 36 , other areas are supplied by corresponding other nodes, not shown here.
The mobile phone 24 also determines that there is no longer a connection to the DECT network and switches over to an operating mode that suits the GSM mode. Now calls can be made in a manner known per se via this GSM network.
If the user now goes into the coverage area of his DECT network at home, the coverage area of which may be indicated by 128, the connection is established there with the device 120 via the DECT system and the diversion from the GSM network to the DECT network reprogrammed the house. The in-house telephone is here a single connection, linked to the local exchange 18 via a cable 38 in the usual way and, for example, provided with the call number 4711 (including area code: 03641-4711). This call forwarding, which takes place via the DECT system 14 , does not make it apparent to the external callers where the user is actually located and how the connection was set up in detail. For the external caller, there are always calls to the user's business phone 12 .
If accessibility is not desired, this call diversion can also be canceled by simple input on the operating device of the mobile telephone 24 , so that calls are then only ever received on the telephone 12 and may not be answered there only because the user is not there .
In the outgoing direction of the calls, the situation is always generated for the user as if he were calling from his business line 12 . This means that the mobile phone 24 according to its of network connection (DECT business Lich, DECT private, GSM) differ in the choice of outgoing numbers Liche be either introduced or suppressed. The dialed number is accepted unchanged within the business DECT network. Outside the business DECT network, calls to the company's PBX are preceded by the entire area code (here, for example, 03641) and the extension number of the PBX (here, for example, 309). The number of selected zeros is checked in the GSM network. If only one zero was selected, the area code is placed in front. If two zeros are selected, the selection is accepted unchanged. The first selected zero is suppressed in the private DECT network ( 328 ). To implement these functions, it is necessary to program the local area code (here, for example, 03641) and the extension number of the PABX (here 309-123) into the mobile phone 24 when permanently installing the mobile phone. Since the mobile phone knows the current network connection type, the revaluation of the choice can be made automatically and therefore without the user being aware of the actual current network connection. For the user, the handling of the mobile phone is always the same, a wrong choice is minimized.
FIG. 2 shows schematically how the cell phone 24 may be constructed in detail. The antenna 26 can be seen , which is connected via a corresponding circuit either to a DECT receiver 42 , to a GSM receiver 44 , or to a DECT transmitter 46 or to a GSM transmitter 48 , depending on the mobile phone itself is in GSM mode or in DECT mode. The signals supplied by the receiver are decoded in a block 50 to, for example, voice signals and connected via an amplifier 52 to a loudspeaker or earphone 54 , so that signals received there can be heard by the user holding the earpiece 54 to his ear. Conversely, a speech capsule or microphone 56 , into which the user speaks, is in turn connected to the block 50 , which works here as an encoder and supplies the transmitters 56 and 48 with the spoken information, which is then emitted via the antenna 26 . The block 50 thus represents an encoder and decoder. The mode of operation of the encoder / decoder 50 and the transmitting and receiving devices connected thereto are controlled by a microprocessor 58 which can be supplied with input data via a keyboard 60 and visual information via a display 62 can represent the user, for example the phone number entered, the current mode of operation (GSM, DECT), and the same. Part of the processor 58 or connected to it are memory units, for example an NV-RAM memory 64 , which is a non-volatile memory with arbitrary access. Can be seen in Fig. 2 is also a connected to the micro processor 58. Block 66, which is a device reader receives the conventional public mobile networks card for identification of the subscriber.
Furthermore, there is also an accessory interface 68 to be known, to which suitable accessories can be connected, for example a hands-free device and the like.
The power supply is expediently carried out via a rechargeable battery 70 , that is to say a rechargeable battery. The aforementioned first installation of the mobile phone, in which the area code and the extension number of the telecommunications system is programmed into the mobile phone, is carried out, for example, by entering the corresponding digits on the keyboard 60 , which are then processed by the processor in one of the memory devices 64 are filed. The processor 58 also carries out the conversion of the choice automatically, using the information that is supplied to it via the receiving devices 42 , 44 or via the keyboard 68 or also via the reading device 66 .
