Description

Die Membrane 1 wird auf der Raumseite 2 mit Druckflüssigkeit von dem Steuergerät 3 über die Leitung 7 beaufschlagt und verdrängt auf der anderen Seite die hoch viskose Flüssigkeit im Arbeitsraum 4. Die geförderte Flüssigkeit wird durch die beiden Kugelhähne 5 und 6 gesteuert und entspricht mit großer Genauigkeit der zugeführten Flüssigkeitsmenge durch das Steuergerät 3.
