Abstract

With a release coating for application to paper, plastic, textile fabric or metals, especially paper sheets, plastic films or metal foils which are provided with a coating of adhesive, it is intended to provide a solution which can be used to give an inexpensive, environment-friendly and readily processible coating of release agent. This is achieved in that the release coating is formed from a mixture or an emulsion comprising up to 99.9% of wax, a proportion of oil and a proportion of a hydrocarbon or water.

Description

The invention is directed to a release agent coating for application on paper, plastic, textile or Me talle, especially on paper, plastic or metal foils lines with an adhesive coating.

Such release agent coatings are once as wax known coating with aromatic hydro substances must be processed in warm solution, one to produce such a coating comparatively difficult bar, difficult to process and hazardous to health. It is also highly flammable. Is used such a release agent coating in particular to To make adhesive films windable, d. H. to prevent, that the adhesive coating required when using it the carrier film when winding and thus the makes further use impossible. When tapes are also known as silicone release agent.

The object of the invention is to provide a solution with which is an inexpensive, environmentally friendly and easy to process Processing release agent coating is created.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the release agent coating from a mixture of up to 99.9% wax, a share of oil and a share of one Hydrocarbon is formed, which is expedient aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

The above task is alternatively performed by a separator telbeschichtung solved that is not from a mixture of ge called substances, but is formed from an emulsion.

Instead of a share of hydrocarbons, it can Release agent coating according to the invention, be it as a mixture or as an emulsion, also have a proportion of water.

The release agent coating according to the invention can be seen free of aromatics and silicone. It does not form one in the order closed film, such as release lacquers according to the state of the art nik.

There is a simple processing by di direct or indirect imprint, by racking, Cold spraying, pouring or dipping processes on the to be coated plastic, paper or metal foils u. the like

The special property of the release agent according to the invention telecoating consists in its adherence to the treating areas on the one hand and on the other hand in their corresponding separation behavior.

Adhesive films are, for example, glued on one side coated and on the other side with the invented release agent coating according to the invention. Through the release Effect of this coating it is possible to put the foils on roll up and roll off if necessary, as release agent The coating and adhesive are then rolled onto one another lying there. The separation is without negative effects the adhesive coating possible.

Another advantage of the release agent according to the invention stratification is that the layer before and after the Application remains transparent and therefore the foils do not "to get blind.

Beispiel:Example:

0,1 bis 99,9% Wachs
0,1 bis 0,3% Teile von Walnuß-Schalenöl
Rest Kohlenwasserstoffe oder Wasser
0.1 to 99.9% wax
0.1 to 0.3% parts of walnut shell oil
Balance hydrocarbons or water

The invention also provides an appropriately coated fo lie before and methods for producing such films, such a method according to the invention characterized in that the adhesive coating facing away Foil surface with a release agent coating made of egg a mixture or an emulsion of up to 99.9% wax, a share of oil and a share of hydrocarbon or water is provided.

A mixture of wax, oil and solvent is un ter 18 ° C before a suspension, above 18 ° C a solution, whereby the combination of wax, oil and water creates an emulsion gives.

Basically, the wax content can be very high if the Release agent coating by melting onto the carrier materials is applied.
