Abstract

Described is a piece of sitting furniture which is adjustable between a sitting position and a relaxing position, having a back and at least one sitting element which is arranged on a base unit and forms a sitting area. In the sitting position, a main sitting element forms the sitting area and an additional sitting element is arranged underneath the main sitting element. In the relaxing position, the additional sitting element forms the sitting area and the main sitting element is substantially adjacent to the front end of the additional sitting element.
