Abstract

A switch which is arranged in a housing, especially a belt lock switch, which can be operated by a component which can be moved to effective contact with it, especially by a holding plate (arranged in the belt lock) when the lock tongue is being locked in and unlocked, having at least one prestressed contact spring element connected in a circuit, and having a further contact element which can be switched by the influence of the magnetic field of a permanent magnet is proposed, in the case of which the permanent magnet is arranged in the housing on a slide which is moved during operation, the contact spring element consists of non-magnetic material and is fitted with a ferromagnetic mass at its free end, facing the permanent magnet, and is fitted between its clamping-in point and the mass with at least one contact which can be connected to and disconnected from that contact element which is fixed to the housing, as a function of the relative position of the permanent magnet with respect to the mass.

Description

The invention relates to a arranged in a housing Switch according to the features of the preamble of the patent saying 1.

Such a switch arranged in a housing is be already known (DE 81 03 264 U1), the housing in the area its insertion opening for a lock tongue electrical Kon clock springs - preferably designed as reed switches - carries, which by a permanent magnet attached to the lock tongue switchable when the tongue is locked in the buckle housing are.

The object of the invention is a generic switch with regard to its compactness and functional reliability as well to further develop its simple assembly.

This task is arranged in a housing Switch with the features of claim 1 solved, before partial education and training through the characteristics of the Un claims are marked.

Es zeigtAn embodiment of the invention is in the drawing shown and is shown below using a belt buckle described in more detail. It shows

Fig. 1 den in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Schalter und Fig. 1, the switch arranged in a housing and

Fig. 2 arranged in the housing associated conductor tracks of the circuits.

In a known manner, the belt buckle is on the body or attached to the vehicle seat, while the lock tongue on the B-pillar arranged belt.

On the belt buckle or integrated therein is a housing 1 with switch (s) 2 , which are designed as a compact unit. For a multifunctional contact circuit, the housing is approximately U-shaped and switch parts are arranged in both legs 1.1 and 1.2 . Thus, for example, the switch part arranged in the right leg 1.1 serves to control a circuit of a belt warning, the belt wearing comfort, the belt feeder, the belt tensioner etc. and the switch part arranged in the left leg 1.2 serves to control a circuit of the airbag. On each leg 1.1 , 1.2 , a slide 4.1 , 4.2 is movably guided in housing guides 3.1 , 3.2 , which in one position protrudes from the housing guide and, in its other position, plunges into the housing guide. In the right leg 1.1 , the slider is shown in its outstanding position, which the slider take, for example, when the lock tongue is inserted into the buckle; in the left leg 1.2 , the slide is shown in its immersed position, which the slide occupies when the lock tongue is not inserted. Permanent magnets 5.1 , 5.2 are fixedly connected to the sliders 4.1 , 4.2 , on which in turn springs 6.1 , 6.2 supported on the housing side, which bias the slides into their outstanding position via the permanent magnets. Furthermore, a contact spring element 7.1 , 7.2 made of non-magnetic material is clamped fixed to the housing in each leg 1.1 , 1.2 , the clamping points 1.1.1 , 1.2.1 being far above the position of the permanent magnets when the slide is in an outstanding position. This is in order to achieve a sufficient spring length of the contact spring elements, which carry a ferromagnetic mass 7.1.1 , 7.2.1 at their free end - preferably as a pure iron part. This mass is arranged on the one hand on the contact spring element so that it faces the permanent magnet, and on the other hand the contact element extends with the mass from its clamping point so far down that the magnetic field of the permanent magnet has no influence on the outstanding position of the slide Mass has, however, when the slide is immersed, the permanent magnet is approximately opposite the mass and thus its magnetic field exerts influence on the mass and can attract it. These configurations are shown in the left and right leg. Of course, both sliders take either one or the other position, since both are always moved together and in the same direction.

Between the clamping point and the mass, each contact spring element also carries electrical contacts 7.1.2 , 7.1.3 or 7.2.2 , 7.2.3 , which correspond to elements 8.1 , 8.2 or 8.3 , 8.4 fixed to the housing , the con Clock element 8.4 is not occupied, for example.

If, for example, the driver has not put on his belt, ie the buckle is not inserted into the buckle, the retaining plate 9 arranged in the buckle presses the sliders 4.1 , 4.2 and with them also the permanent magnets 5.1 , 5.2 against the force of the springs 6.1 , 6.2 down. Each mass 7.1.1 , 7.2.1 enters the magnetic field of the permanent magnets 5.1 , 5.2 and is attracted by them. Here, the Kontaktpaa tion is open and the contact pair 7.1.3-8.1 7.1.2-8.2 closed, as well as the contact pair is 7.2.2-8.3 geöff net and the contact element defines ge to the dummy contact 7.2.3 8.4. If the masses move when moving the permanent magnets into the sphere of influence whose magnetic fields occur, the switching operation takes place very quickly, since the contact spring element is to be regarded as a long pendulum with mass arranged at its end. Because of the leverage between the clamping point and the mass on the one hand and the clamping point and contact elements on the other hand, a safe contact and a safe contact pressure is therefore guaranteed.

Now the driver puts on his belt and puts the buckle tongue in the buckle, so the holding plate 9 is released and with it the slider 4.1 , 4.2 and the permanent magnets 5.1 , 5.2 move up under the force of the springs 6.1 , 6.2 . Here, the masses 7.1.1 , 7.2.1 flow from a magnetic field, so that the biasing force of the contact spring elements 7.1 , 7.2 dominates, whereby the previously switched contact pairs are interrupted and the contact pairs 7.1.3-8.1 and 7.2.2 -8.3 can be switched.

As shown in FIG. 2, all contact elements fixed to the housing, the electrically contacted clamping points of the contact spring elements and contact points 10.1 to 10.4 for resistors connected in the circuits for generating different switching signal levels are connected via conductor tracks 11 to a connecting cable 12 . The housing 1 is made of plastic - preferably polyetherimiol - and all the conductor tracks of the circuits are brought up to the same by metallization - for example in a thickness of 25 µm as a tin coating - the conductor tracks can be three-dimensional.

So with the invention is a compact, reliable and easy-to-install switch created, which all Switch elements combined in a common housing.

Although the switch has been described as a buckle switch, this can of course also be used for other purposes purposes, for example as a convertible top switch become.

Similarly, the switch can also be varied in which, for example, arranged a switch only in one leg net, the other leg, however, is not occupied.

The switch can also be designed so that instead of U- shaped only has one leg.
