Hochvakuum-Kapselpumpe mit Standgefäß.
Bei Hochvakuttin-Kapselputrlpen mit-Stand-
gefäß läßt man durch einen Ülriicklaufkanal,
welcher das Auspuffventil umgeht, während
des Betriebes beständig etwas ül zurück-
laufen, welches als Dichtungsmittel zwischen
den sich bewegenden Teilen dient. Bei still-
einer Durcllrangs()ftillnlg das (:l zurück.
genden Nachteile. Das ()i im Standgefäß ent-
hält stets zahlreiche Luftteilchen, welche unter
'Ztnioslihiiren(lrticl; stehen. Diese Luftteilchen
gelangen bei Stillstand <leg Pumpe mit (lein

gefäß Feuchtigkeit, welche ebenfalls mitge-
rissen wird und infolge ihres hohen Dampf-
druckes bei der Wiederinbetriebsetzung der
Pumpe das Vakuum so lange verschlechtert,
his alle Feuchtigkeit wieder auf die-Auspuff-

verhindern. To avoid the first disadvantage, namely the ingress of air through the
One has to eliminate a closing organ that acts too slowly into the recipient
instead of the float valve, which only works after the pump has already started

the pump falls below a certain value. The speed, called the closing element

impede.
According to the invention, the closure member is to be controlled by oil pressure
generated by a Ülpunipe sitting on the shaft of the air pump
will. In order to keep the overall length as short as possible, the ÜI pump can be inserted into the housing
installed in the air pump.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the oil from flowing back into the pump, one has already (read the closing device not on the suction side, but rather on the exhaust side of the pump. Since (read dangerous backflow of the oil when the pump is at a standstill practically only (furch the oil return channel happens, according to the invention (the closing element should be attached in the oil return channel, whereby its dimensions and the force required for its movement are reduced.

The oil pump is shown here as 1`rtpselltunil> e (Z: tlitir: t (ll) tnnl) e). With such a pump, a certain speed corresponds to a certain internal pressure, but not a certain pressure. In order to maintain the pressure that is able to move the piston o at the desired speed despite this, tnan (the pumped oil can be drained off through a channel, the flow resistance of which is measured (let The required speed of rotation is not required to flow through the duct requires the pressure that is also sufficient to move the piston. Instead of a special duct, the unavoidable or deliberately caused leaks in the duct may also suffice. Of course, a centrifugal pump can also be sufficient The part of the cylinder ii in which the spring p is located is connected to the main oil chamber of the pump through a pressure equalization duct (1 in connection with the main oil chamber of the pump, thus in this part of the cylinder no counter pressure can arise.
