In dem bügeiförmigen Schloßgehäuse 1 ist in dem einen Schenkel der Schließzylinder 2 derart gelagert, daß die (sperrenden) Zuhaltungsstifte 3 in dem Bügelbogen in der Hauptebene des Schloßgehäuses liegen. Die mit dem Schließzylinder 2 durch den Stift 4 fest verbundene Hülse 5 trägt die Kurve 6, welche beim Schließen den federnd gelagerten Bolzen 7 mittels des daran befestigten Mitnehmerstiftes 8 hochzieht. Die Geradführung des Bolzens 7 ist durch dessen vierkantigen Querschnitt gewährleistet. Der Schloßriegel 9 liegt senkrecht zum Schließzylinder 2 in der Hauptebene des, Gehäuses. Die Feder 10 und die senkrechte Ausfräsung 11 an der Kurve 6 gestattet, das Schloß auch bei abgezogenem Schlüssel zu schließen, so daß beim Zuschnappen des Schloßriegels 9 der an dem Sperrbolzen 7 sitzende Mitnehmerstift 8 in die an die Kurve anschließende geradlinige Ausfräsung 11 ausweicht.
