Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ingots in der Weise, dafs in eine dem herzustellenden Gegenstände entsprechende Form mit Sand oder einem anderen nicht metallischen Material gefüllte Kästen angebracht werden, deren Mantelflächen das eingegossene Material begrenzen.
