Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mehrfarbendruck, insbesondere für Wertpapiere o. dgl., wobei die einzelnen Farben auf eine gemeinsame Sammelform (z. S. aus Gummi) übertragen werden. Im Buchdruck ist es zur Herstellung mehrfarbiger Bilder in einem Druckgang bekannt, von dem zu reproduzierenden Bild so viele Farb- oder Druckplatten anzufertigen, wie Farben zur Anwendung kommen. Diese Farb- oder Druckplatten müssen auf besondere Weise hergestellt (z. B. geschnitten, gegossen, gepreßt oder geätzt) werden, damit sie alle Einzelheiten in ihren Tonarten enthalten. Sie werden sodann in die Maschine, welche mit so viel Farbwerken ausgestattet ist, wie Farbplatten vorhanden sind, eingesetzt und beim 1.-mlauf der Maschine je von ihrem zugehörigen Farbwerk eingefärbt. Die Farbwalzen drucken hierbei ihre Bilder nacheinander auf eine Sammelwalze ab, von der das Gesamtbild auf das einzuführende- Papier o. dgl. überdruckt wird. Dieses Verfahren hat gegenüber dem alten Mehrfarbendruckverfahren zwar den Vorteil, daß der Papier- o. dgl. Bogen nur einmal in die Maschine eingeführt zu werden braucht, es müssen aber nach wie vor auf die bekannte, teuere und zeitraubende Art so viel Originalfarb- oder Druckwalzen angefertigt werden, wie das Bild benötigt. Außerdem hat dieses Verfahren auch mit dem alten Verfahren noch den Nachteil gemein, daß die Farben beim Zusammendruck meist nicht genau übereinander oder nebeneinander zu liegen kommen und daß die Reproduktionen auf photomechanischem und chemischem Wege leicht nachgeahmt werden können, so daß sich dieses Verfahren insbesondere nicht zur Herstellung von Wertpapieren u. dgl. eignet.Process for the production of multicolor printing, in particular for securities or the like, with the individual colors on a common collective form (e.g. made of rubber) be transmitted. Diese Teildruekplatten, die mit d, &, a3 und al bezeichnet sind, werden auf den Zylinder b aufgebracht (Abb. i) und von den Farbwerken cl. c=, c' und c' eingefärbt. Abb. i stellt eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Mehrfarbendruck dar. Ein Feuchtwerk d dient zum Feuchten der Platten. Die verschiedenen Farben werden nun auf den Sammelzylinder, beispielsweise einen Gummi-zylindcr e, abgedruckt und auf ihm gesammelt. Auf diesem Zylinder erscheint nun ein Bild, das die vier auf den Platten cl, c=, c-' und c4 liegenden Bilder übereinanderliegend enthält. Vom Sammelzylinder e werden nun die übereinandergedruckten Farben auf den eigentlichen Plattenzylinder f weitergegeben, der mit der Originalplatte bespannt ist. Dieser Plattenzylinder wird, ebenso im Gegensatz zu dem bekannten Verfahren; nicht mit einer einzigen Farbe bedruckt, sondern mit sämtlichen übereinan.derliegenden Farben. Er gibt den Druck nun in bekannter Weise an den Gummiübertragungszylinder g weiter; zwischen diesem und dem Gegendruckzylinder h läuft das vom Einlegtisch kommende Papier i hindurch, das ebenfalls bei einmaligem Durchgang mit sämtlichen vier Farben bedruckt wird.
