Abstract

To process used paper, for recycling, a selective flotation is used for ink removal followed by at least one further cleaning flotation stage, using a multistage flotation for the selective flotation. The collected flotation foam is gathered together at the laest after the third flotation and cleaned in a total flotation through pressure relaxation. The foam, carrying impurities, is sepd. from the clear water and removed after further thicknening if required. The foam or sludge from the final first to third flotation stages or the second stage in a double flotation, is sepd. from the coarse dirt and fibres in one or two washing stages, and the fibres are further sepd. from the dirt. The fraction with a low fibre content is given a pressure redn. flotation to separate out the fine dirt. The fraction with a fibre content, and the clear water from the total flotation, are returned to a point in front of the flotation assembly. With a double-stage sieve action, the coarse particles in the first fraction are mostly retained. The material with a fibre content is sepd. as a third fraction at the second stage and returned to a point in front of the selective flotation. The material contd. in the fourth fraction, together with the first fraction, is passed to the total flotation.

Description

The invention relates to a processing method of Waste paper according to the generic term of Claim 1 or the main patent P 42 06 748. At the main patent is the heavily soiled foam in the Flotation system cleaned using total flotation all solid components largely from the suspension excretes and generally as Pressure relief flotation is formed (Microflotation).

The object of the invention is to be as small as possible Load on the primary stage of the selective flotation plant to reach. This object is achieved according to the invention the characteristics of the characteristic part of the Claim 1 solved.

One achieves by using the total flotation plant, that the withdrawn and in the secondary flotation plant the selective flotation directed foam no longer so is heavily contaminated with dirt so that it is possible the positive substance of the secondary level of the selective Flotation plant without further flotation as a good substance in to continue the process.

The invention is based on the figure of the Drawing explained.

The necessary pumps are not mentioned and shown.

The primary stage of the selective flotation system 1 has flotation cells 10 connected in series, to which a foam channel is assigned, which here is divided into two parts 12 and 12 '. The foam of the first part 12 is fed to the total flotation system 39 provided with an upstream gas reactor 41 . The remaining foam reaches the secondary stage 34 of selective flotation, which here consists of two stages 34 'and 34 ''connected in series. The foam channel is designated 14 . The foam present there can be discarded, or better still be introduced into the total flotation system 13 . In this sludge is discarded and produces clear water, which is passed via line 22 upstream of the main flotation plant (primary stage) or can be partially introduced. The foam is introduced from one to three first stages 13 ', 13 ''of the primary flotation system into the total flotation system 39 . The foam then remains in the part 12 'of the foam channel of the primary stage, is then no longer so heavily loaded with dirt, so that the accepted material of the secondary flotation system 34 does not need to be floated further. So far, it has been customary to return this accept back to the primary stage 13 , which meant a great strain on this primary stage, particularly with regard to these first flotation cells 13 ', 13 ''.

A plant with washing and screening devices or possibly as a combination is indicated by dash-dotted with 35th
