Vorliegende Neuerung hat einen doppelten Zweck; sie verhindert erstens ein gänzliches Herausfallen des Bleistiftes aus dem Halter beim Fertigmachen zum Gebrauch und zweitens ein Zurückgehen des Bleistiftes in die Halterspitze bei kräftigem Schreiben. Zu diesem Zwecke ist der eigentliche Bleistift b in einer besonderen Hülse h angeordnet, welche geschlitzt ist und den Stift b fest umschliefst. Auf diese Hülse h ist an passender Stelle der Knaggen k gelöthet. Die Röhre c, welche die Hülse h mit dem Bleistift b aufnimmt, ist in ihrem oberen Theil offen bezw. der Länge nach horizontal abgeschnitten, so dafs der Knaggen k mit seiner unteren Fläche auf den dadurch entstandenen Längskanten der Röhre c leicht hin und hergleiten kann. Im übrigen wird das Ganze wieder von einer Hülse α umschlossen, welche in einem Längsschlitz a' den durch Feder f beeinflufsten und um Bolzen d drehbaren doppelarmigen Hebel e aufnimmt. Die Halterspitze s ist für sich hergestellt und wird in die Hülse α vorn eingeschraubt.
