entfernen.Switching device for electric two-filament light bulbs. Multi-filament incandescent lamps with resilient front contacts, the filaments of which can be switched on and off by screwing the bulb back and forth in the socket, in such a way that the current is shorted when. Screw in. the incandescent lamp is first produced in one thread circle and, when it is screwed in further, also in the other thread circle, are known. It has been shown in such lamps that when the greater light intensity is switched off, that is, when the return to the lower light intensity, the reduction in the light intensity does not take place immediately. Rather, it decreases gradually, and not steadily, but trembling and jerking, so that a flak kernel arises. This is due to that the separation of b eiden contact points not yet interrupting the circuit at this moment, but that between the already lifted off from each other contact points creates a skipping spark or arc. The reason for this is that the contact points do not move away from one another quickly enough during the rotation of the lamp.
This drawback is remedied by the present invention. here
it is ensured that, even if the rotation of the lamp in its socket, the contact pin
a releases, but the metallic contact closure is still retained for the time being,
but then it is released abruptly, so that a jumping spark no longer occurs
can. The effect of the detonation ignition occurs, which was the case with the old types of
Ignition of gas engines has become known.
For this purpose, the contact between the contact pins a and
the contact point d is not * made directly, but it is in the contact pins
a movable pin g of tubular shape mounted displaceably, which
the metallic connection with the contact d when the decline
cap
a is initially maintained, but then under the influence of a compression spring r
is suddenly released and snapped off.
Abb.
i stellt die Schaltung im Lampenkopfe dar. Abb. z zeigt den Schaltmechanismus des
Lampenkopfes in vergrößertem Maßstabe.
An embodiment is in the .Abt. i to 3 reproduced. Fig.
i shows the circuit in the lamp head. Fig. z shows the switching mechanism of the
Lamp head on an enlarged scale. Fig. 3 shows this mechanism capable of
in which the lamp is completely screwed into the socket.
a stemmt.
The contact pin a is designed as a hollow cap in a manner known per se
and in good storage in the lamp base. b under the influence of a compression spring c
guided. A movable tubular pin g is slidably mounted in its interior
and placed under the influence of a compression spring r, the one hand against the
Flange s of the Röbrenstift and on the other hand against an abutment plate t of the contact cap
a lifts. If this contact cap is pressed inwards, the tube pin occurs
with the contact parts d in connection. Namely, the tube pin g slips over itself
the pin head d and clasps it tightly, because it is in order to produce a resilient
Clamp effect on part of its length: the Lkie u slit. Will then
the cap is released again and retreats, i.e. outwards or in Fig.
i upwards, the tubular pin g does not follow it at first, because it follows
the spring action of the slot a clasps the contact button d and therefore of
this is held. The metallic contact is therefore expediently conical
designed two contact surfaces are initially still preserved. But while the
Cap a further away from the flange s of the pin g, the compression spring r
more and more tense, and it eventually reaches such a level of tension
that it tears off the tube pin g with a jerk from the contact pin d, snap it back
lets and so, suddenly separates the two contact points and she with great rapidity
move away from each other to a sufficient distance.
