Es ist bekannt, daß bei der Herstellung von Polyurethan- Schaumstoffen (Kurzform PU oder PUR) als Treibmittel Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, insbesondere Dichlordifluormethan, Trichlorfluormethan, Methylenchlorid und Trichlortrifluoräthan (DE-A-24 61 521, DE-C-28 19 037) sowie Benzin oder Ester (EP-A-03 17 801) eingesetzt werden.It is known that in the manufacture of polyurethane Foams (short form PU or PUR) as blowing agents Halogenated hydrocarbons, especially dichlorodifluoromethane, Trichlorofluoromethane, methylene chloride and trichlorotrifluoroethane (DE-A-24 61 521, DE-C-28 19 037) and gasoline or ester (EP-A-03 17 801) can be used.
In überraschender Weise hat sich nun herausgestellt, daß Kohlenwasserstoffe, Carbonylverbindungen oder dgl. mit Flammpunkten ≧ 38°C, insbesondere ≧ 55°C, als schrumpfändernde Zusätze (Schrumpfregulator) bei der Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen (PU-Weich-Integralschaum, PU-RIM, PU-RRIM) verwendbar sind, wobei insbesondere auf die zweckmäßigen Zusätze gemäß Ansprüche 3 bis 12 verwiesen wird. Aufgabe des Schrumpfregulators ist es, das Artikelmaß einzustellen, insbesondere bei schon vorhandenen Formen. Wenn nun beispielsweise ein Treibmittel durch ein anderes ersetzt werden muß, verändert sich der Schrumpf. So mußte z. B. aus Umweltschutzgründen das ozonschädliche Frigen 11 im PU-Weich-Integralschaum abgelöst werden.
