Abstract
Description
Liquid detergents, dishwashing detergents and cleaning agents are usually aqueous solutions of anionic and / or nonionic surfactants and conventional additives fen. A preferred application of such agents is the manu all dishes and other related utensils. Such cleaning agents are the more effective the better their fat emul greed is because with it z. B. the number of plates increases with a specified amount of detergent can be cleaned. The present The invention therefore relates to liquid detergents with an improved emul greediness and increased cleaning power.
It is known that so-called alkyl ether sulfates, that is sulfated Addition products of about 2 to 5 moles of ethylene oxide with fatty alcohols about 10 to 16 carbon atoms in the alkyl radical, good cleaning power with a mild effect on the skin. The Marktübli Chen, manual dishwashing detergent are therefore generally NEN aqueous solutions of such alkyl ether sulfates in conjunction with others anionic surfactants such as n-alkylbenzenesulfonates and / or alkanesulfonates, optionally also olefin sulfonates, alkyl sulfates or alkyl sulfosucci naten and non-ionic surfactants, solubilizers, color and fragrance substances.
It is also known (DE 30 11 550) that the use of an alkyl ether sulfate mixture consisting of 50% by weight of a C 12 alkyl ether sulfate and 50% by weight of a C 14 alkyl ether sulfate with 1 to 5, preferably 2 to 4 Ethylene oxide groups as an ether component compared to the alkyl ether sulfate mixture usually used, which contains the same components in a weight ratio of 70:30, lead to an unexpected further reduction in skin irritation without changing the known good cleaning power of such agents.
Finally, amphoteric surfactants are well known of beta type usually exert a mild effect on the skin or through their use a significant increase in cleaning effectiveness can be aimed. One therefore likes to use liquid, manually applicable Dishwashing detergent with the ingredients listed above.
The present invention now relates to a liquid cleaning agent, in particular for manual dishwashing, based on an aqueous solution of anionic surfactants, optionally together with nonionic and / or amphoteric surfactants, solvents, solvent mediators, corrosion inhibitors, preservatives, thickeners and colorants Fragrances, which is characterized in that it is additionally a cleaning-enhancing, water-soluble, anionic practically uncrosslinked copolymer of a) esters of acrylic and / or methacrylic acid having 1 to 8 carbon atoms in the alcohol radical and b) unsaturated, aliphatic Contains carboxylic acids with 3 to 5 carbon atoms in the acrylic residue with an intrinsic viscosity (η) 100 ml · g -1 , measured in tetrohydrofuran (THf) at 20 ° C. A preferred copolymer consists of approximately 80-20, in particular approximately 60-40% by weight of a) and approximately 20-80, in particular 40-60% by weight b). The alcohol residue of the esters a) preferably contains 1 to 4, in particular 1 to 2, carbon atoms.
The copolymers can also be used in minor amounts of up to about 5 wt .-% other radically polymerizable vinyl monomers such as. B. Contain ayrolamides or (meth) acrylates such as ethylhexyl acrylate. The co- Polymer is an acidic dispersion and can be useful in this form be used. When working into the cleaning agents that are in the generally have a neutral to slightly alkaline pH value, partial or complete neutralization and dissolution of the co- Polymers so that they are no longer in dispersion form.

The water-soluble anionic copolymers used according to the invention sates are produced in a known manner by emulsion polymerization, as described for example in US 47 95 772 or EP 1 84 785. Both unsaturated carboxylic acids used for this purpose are preferably around acrylic or methacrylic acid.
Similar copolymers crosslinked by polyvalent cations are used as coatings and preservatives for metal surfaces have been used (compare US 27 54 280, US 27 95 564, EP 14 035, DE 30 24 727 and DE 34 34 668). Again similar copolymers are as Thickeners for aqueous liquid phases or as flocculants knows (DE 38 13 651 and DE 31 30 992). It could not be deduced from this that the copolymers used according to the invention neither thicken nor act as a flocculant, but by increasing the emulsifying power contribute to the cleaning liquor in the washing liquor.
The intrinsic viscosity is determined according to that in B. Vollmert: "Outline of the macro Molecular Chemistry ", Volume III, page 55 ff, E. Vollmert Verlag, Karlsruhe, 1988 described method determined. For copolymers, the ionic group contain pen, decreases the specific viscosity at high concentrations proportional to the concentration, while at low concentrations onen the viscosity can decrease with increasing concentration. The Intrinsic viscosities of these copolymers are shown with the help of diagrams in those on the abscissa the concentration and on the ordinate the spec fish viscosity is applied by extrapolation of the at high con concentrations linearly increasing part to the concentration 0 determined.

For this purpose, 50 g test solutions (10 g washing-up liquid / 40 g water) were included City water of 16 ° d made in a 400 ml beaker, at room temperature (20 to 30 ° C) covered with 50 g of olive oil (Olio Dante®) and with a propeller stirrer (blade length 50 mm made of V2A steel) with a Stirring speed of 120 ° revolutions per minute for exactly 2 minutes. The The impeller was roughly at the border of the two phases. On the emulsion was then closed in a 250 ml measuring cylinder with a Diameter of 3.6 cm (2 ml graduation, industry standard) poured and the separating aqueous phase after 1 hour and after 4 hours telt. The less water was separated in the unit of time, the more the emulsion and thus the oil / fat carrying capacity of Reini was more efficient solvent solution, which means a substantial cleaning gain.
In analogy to Example 1, the influence of the invention was used set copolymers on the emulsifying power of another commercial recipe (quantities in% by weight AS) for manual dishwashing medium 11 shown:
The examples showed that the emulsifiability of the formulations increasing use concentration of the compounds of the invention takes.
