Abstract
Description
The property right is a procedure for determining the in Motor vehicle passenger compartments audible driving noise and an arrangement to carry out the procedure.
In DE-PS 34 26 068 C2 is a circuit arrangement for adapting the Volume of a loudspeaker to one prevailing at the loudspeaker location Noise level described. This circuit arrangement is taken into account the total noise according to the conditions in the passenger compartment le, for example, also by the occupation in the passenger compartment change. The circuit arrangement also records conversations by the passengers with each other as a controlled variable.
The inventor, on the other hand, has set himself the task of doing just that Audible driving noise can be seen inside the passenger compartment since after his knowledge, the passengers in conversations with each other Loudspeaker signals deliberately do not track the conversation level want.
The object is achieved by a method having the features of claim 1 solved.
The method according to the invention, like the prior art, assumes that the loudspeaker 1 in the passenger compartment is fed by a controllable LF output stage 2 of a radio receiver 3 or a playback device 4 for information stored on tapes or disks, and that in the passenger compartment Microphone 5 is arranged at a suitably selected point, the signals of which after amplification are available in an amplifier 6 for evaluation. In the following, the input signal of the loudspeaker is referred to as the electrical signal and the direct or amplified microphone signal as the acoustic signal.
The invention is based on the knowledge that the loudspeaker signal is repeated is reflected in the passenger compartment, so that the acoustic signal next to the directly picked up speaker signal from delayed and damped repetitions of the original speaker signal. The invention is also based on the insight that the discussions of Vehicle occupants with each other because of the driving noise and about existing loudspeaker signals consciously with a covering these Volume. In a long-term spectrum of acoustic These signals are therefore noticeable due to their high energy content. However, each speaker involuntarily makes during his remarks Pauses in speaking. Occasionally, these breaks are carried out by executing a filled in by other passengers, but seen overall result in every conversation also pauses in which all vehicle occupants are silent. To During these times, the acoustic signal only consists of the Noise that the engine, the wind and the rolling of the tires on the Cause road and possibly noise from the fans or Air conditioning and the other from the speaker signal. In relation to the loudspeaker signal, but also for the change between conversation and Speech breaks the driving noise signals change only relatively slowly - from Exceptions to strong acceleration and driving over cobblestone apart from that.
From the combination of these facts, the inventor proposed the method according to the invention. The electrical signal is then tapped at the decoupling point 7 at the output of the LF amplifier 2 and passed via an integration element 8 . The reflection of the loudspeaker signal in the passenger compartment is simulated in this integration element 8 .
The output signal of the integration element 8 is then subtracted from the acoustic signal in the subtraction stage 9 , the amplification in the microphone amplifier being selected such that the acoustic signal always predominates.
The output signal of the subtraction stage 9 is only measured as a long-term spectrum controlled by the clock generator 10 at suitably selected intervals in a measured value generator 11 and the measured values are stored in a memory 12 . A shift register is suitable as memory 12 . A comparator 13 , which is connected to the individual stages of the shift register 12 , now determines the lowest measured value from the predetermined number of measured values, which represents a long-term spectrum of the acoustic signal freed from the loudspeaker signal, and performs this as the control signal of the control input of Volume control in the NF power amplifier 2 or uses it for other control purposes in the sound reinforcement of the passenger cell.
According to a development of the invention, the acoustic signal is to reduce higher frequency components mentioned in the Fahrzeuggeräu rule by cobblestones and the like via a dashed line in the drawing is schleiftes integration section 14 balanced.
