Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einspritzvorrichtung gemäß dem Gattungsbegriff des Patentanspruches.The invention relates to an injection device according to the generic term of the claim.
Zur Einhaltung eines vorbestimmten Einspritzgesetzes werden so genannte Einsteckpumpen angewendet. Jedem Zylinder einer Brenn kraftmaschine ist eine Einsteckpumpe zugeordnet, welche über eine Einspritzleitung mit einer Einspritzdüse verbunden ist. Ein Rollenstößel der Einsteckpumpe wird von einer Nockenwelle ange trieben die zugleich der Steuerung der Gaswechselventile dient. Auf dieser Nockenwelle ist neben den Ventilnocken jedem Rollen stößel der Einsteckpumpe ein eigener Pumpennocken zugeordnet. Ein Nachteil einer derartigen Einspritzvorrichtung ist darin zu sehen, daß die Länge der Einspritzleitung zwischen der Ein steckpumpe und der Einspritzdüse eine derartige Länge aufweist, daß durch die Laufzeit der Druckwelle in der Einspritzleitung und durch die Kompressibilität des in der relativ langen Ein spritzleitung befindlichen Brennstoffvolumens das erwünschte Einspritzgesetz bei hohen Einspritzdrücken verfälscht wird.In order to comply with a predetermined injection law called plug-in pumps applied. Dabei ist besonders zu beachten, daß die serienmäßige Einsteck pumpe nur durch Verlängerung eines Mittelteiles des Pumpenge häuses und durch Einfügung des Druckstückes zwischen Rollen stößel und Pumpenkolben geändert werden muß. Durch die sehr kurz gehaltene Einspritzleitung und das darin befindliche kleine Brennstoffvolumen läßt sich ein gewünschtes Einspritz gesetz wesentlich genauer realisieren. Die kurze Einspritz leitung verkürzt die Laufzeit einer von der Einsteckpumpe kommenden Druckwelle, wodurch sich eine Voreinspritzung rea lisieren läßt. Das geringe Brennstoffvolumen das in der kurzen Einspritzleitung gespeichert ist läßt zudem hohe Einspritz drücke zu, da durch das geringe Speichervolumen die Auswirkung der Kompressibilität des Brennstoffes ebenfalls gering gehal ten werden kann.
