Es ist bereits bekannt, Maschinen für das Ausheben, von Kartoffelpflanzlöchern zu bauen, bei denen die Lochsterne durch das Wagengestell oder die statt dessen angeordneten und durch die damit verbundenen Teile belastet werden. Ander seits ist es auch schon bekannt solche Maschinen, bei denen die Lochsterne nicht durch das Wagengestell o. dgl. unmittelbar belastet werden,, so zu bauen, daß die Lochsterne einzeln gehoben und gesenkt werden können.
