Spinnmaschine.
Spinning machine. The purpose of the present invention is the spinning process
to simplify and design the machine so that only one
Man is necessary. The roving threads. are delivered continuously and between
Delivery rollers and spindles guided over a lifting and lowering thread guide,
at .whose. Lowering the winding takes place. With a special soldering device
all Isötzer can be quickly recorded together.
Abb. i gibt
die Vorder-, Abb. 2 die Seitengesamtansicht wieder. Abb. 3 zeigt verschiedene Arbeitsstellungen,
2) an den vorstehenden Armen i mit i'hre'n. hohlen Rollen 2 aufgesteckt.
a. Abb. i ).
Abb. i)
über die später beschriebene Hebevorrichtung
und dann über zwei
dünne drehbare Walzen i 9 und 2o zu den Fadenführern 2i (s. a. Abb. i und 3) und
zur Spindel 22.The invention is illustrated by FIGS. Fig.i gives
the front view, Fig. 2 the overall side view again. Fig. 3 shows different working positions,
and Figs. 4 to 6 illustrate the spindle with the Isötzer removal device.
In a well-known way, the ready-to-spin wool is placed on the rear part of the machine (Fig.
2) on the protruding arms i with theirs. hollow rollers 2 attached. The roles
sit on the round pin 3 and rotate around it when the machine is running.
The wool strip then runs over an easily rotatable roller 4 upwards, while
another rotatable roller 5 ensures that the threads cannot touch.
The thread of the upper roll 2 runs over the thin scratch list 6 to the rake 7 (see Fig.
a. Fig.i). From there the thread runs through the Isarrm 8, then through the rollers 9
and io, the roller 9 being firmly pressed against the roller io which is connected to the gear
i i is provided, and by the chain 12 from the main drive shaft with in motion
is set. A striped iron wall 13 sits on the rollers 9 and 10
Roller again consists of small, interchangeable rollers, each of which is part with
Is covered in plush or velvet. Each roller has its own thread that it is following
front heads. The partial rollers have a recess in the middle. The lever 15 rests there,
which is provided with the small weight 16. The small rollers of roller 13
rotate by themselves due to their weight and are easy to dig out and use.
The thread runs from the ZValzen 13, through another rake 18 (see also Fig. I)
via the lifting device described later
and then about two
thin rotatable rollers i 9 and 2o to the thread guides 2i (see also Fig. i and 3) and
to spindle 22.
Der Hauptantrieb der Maschine erfolgt durch die Antriebswelle 2 ;
(Abb. 1).
langsam dreht.The main drive of the machine is provided by the drive shaft 2;
(Fig. 1). A shaft 28 has to. both sides, just before the first spindle,
a one-sided gear 29. This gear engages above the shaft 28 in another
Gear 30, which sets the main spindle in action. The right and left attached
Main spindle is half with all other spindles by belts or cords
tied together. The comb wheel 31 of the drive shaft engages in a further comb wheel 32. Ahead
A small toothed wheel 33 (Fig. 2), which drives the roller (Fig.
i and 2) drives, whereby the other rollers 9 and 13 are also set in motion.
Another shaft 34. (Fig. 2 and 3) is provided with deep U-shaped cranks.
The lifting device 36 is opened by this crankshaft and the connecting rods 36
and moved down (Fig. 2 and 3). The way it works is as follows: The thread runs continuously
from the delivery rollers 9, i o and 13 through the rake 18 via the rollers i9 and 2o
to the thread guide 21. Between the roller i 9 and the rake 18 is located on
and outgoing thread lifting device 36. While the device 36 loves the thread,
thus the positions of the Fig.; occupies, it gets its rotation as the spindles
spinning fast. From position 3 (Fig.;) The device starts
36 lower. At this moment the thread guide 21 lowers and mediates
the even winding of the thread on the spindle, -which is during winding.
turns slowly.
Die Spindel ist wie folgt gebaut. Um eine hohe Geschwindigkeit zu
erlangen, dreht sich die Spindel 21 (Abb. 4.) in. Kugellagern und ist unterhalb
der Schnurrbrille halbkreisförinig abgeschliffen. In diesen Rillen sind die Kugeln
3' eingeseut.
Schienen 2" (Abb. 5, 6) in feststehenden Holilschlenen angebracht.
The spindle is built as follows. In order to achieve a high speed, the spindle 21 (Fig. 4) rotates in ball bearings and is ground in a semicircle below the mustache. The balls 3 'are inserted into these grooves. From these grooves on, the spindle is wedge-shaped and runs, becoming somewhat pointed at the bottom, into the spindle foot 1 ', in which there is also a ball bearing 5'. Above the balls 3 ', the spindle is split into four parts, which are articulated like zanben. Among the moving parts; ' are the semicircular springs 8 ', which are slidable above in the hollow section of the spindle. At the bottom, these semicircular springs are screwed onto the spindle and tend to expand laterally to the extent that the movable parts 7 'allow. When the spool or the Kötzer is put on, the moving parts 7 'are compressed, the spring 8' slides up in the hollow section of the spindle, 'and the Kötzer is so tight that it cannot move in the slightest, so that the Web is created. The removal of the full Kötzer is done as follows: Below the spindle 21 two sliding rails 2 "(Fig. 5, 6) are attached in fixed Holilschlenen. The rails 2" are laterally connected to the raised lever arms. .l ", to the left and right of the machine. On the movable rails 2", semicircular U-shaped irons 5 "are firmly attached to the number of spindles on the machine. The U-shaped irons are opened by the pressure of the lever arms 4 . ", which are pushed outwards, pressed together, lie firmly against the moving parts 7" of the spindle and press these parts firmly against the spindle. This loosens all pills and can be lifted off with ease. The serrated iron 6 "holds the lever arms in the necessary position by means of a tongue. If new cats are attached, the lever arms ¢" are pushed backwards, and the device - gives all the cats the firm seat again. The U-shaped irons are like this attached that touching the spindle with its parts is excluded.
