Der neue Waschhandschuh ist mit Reibflächen verschiedener Oberflächenbeschaffenheit
versehen. Bei dem in Abb. i und 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist angenommen,
daß die eine Seite i glatt (Abb. i), die zweite Seite 2 hingegen durch geeignete
Mittel raub (Abb.2) ausgeführt ist. Beide Flächen sind mit einer Mehrzahl zweckentsprechend
verteilter Löcher 3 versehen. Die Lochränder sind geschlungen, können jedoch auch
durch Ösen o. dgl. versteift werden. Zum Befestigen am Handgelenk dient ein elastisches
Band4, das am Kopf 5 des Waschhandschuhes angenäht ist und bei Gebrauch desselben
um das Handgelenk geschlungen und mit der Öse 6 am Knopf eingehakt wird. Abb. 3
zeigt im Schaubild einen Ring 7, der dazu dient, den Rand des Waschhandschuhes beim
Gebrauch als Brause zu versteifen. Zu diesem Zwecke wird der Ring 7 nahe dem Rand
des Waschhandschuhes innen eingelegt. Sodann schlingt man das elastische Band um
die vom Stoff des Waschhandschuhes bedeckte Nut 8 herum und hakt die Öse 6 im Knopf
5 ein. Durch die Spannung des dem Ringdurchmesser entsprechend bemessenen Bandes
wird der Stoff des Waschhandschuhes in die Nut hineingezwängt, wie dies aus Abb.
q. ersichtlich ist. Mit dem so befestigten Waschhandschuh kann man Wasser schöpfen
