Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a filtration system with gradual circulating filter belt for separating particles from liquid keiten according to the preamble of claim 1 as they from US-PS 48 51 113 emerges as known.
The filter system known from US-PS 48 51 113 has one Filter tape that consists of a finally long strip of one Filter cloth by joining the two ends of the band along a transverse seam is formed. That made endless in this way Filter belt is over several deflecting rollers, at least of which one is drivable, in a closed loop guided. Inside the loop is a work piece of the fil terbandes stretched horizontally, with one above the Work piece arranged filter box the dirty Liquid - cloudy - is sealed to the work piece. Below the filter box is for collecting and draining the cleaned filtrate a collection and / or suction box arranges. The filtering takes place with the filter belt at a standstill, where at depending on the contamination of the filter belt the filtering process stopped, the dirty work piece from the filter area by continuing to cycle the filter belt at least one work piece length - cycle length - removed and the dirty work piece is cleaned. So that the pure arithmetic feed length not by an undefined Slip amount is reduced, the actual feed rate via a deflection looped around and moved by the filter belt roll and measured an angle of rotation measurement, with which the length of the transported work piece is known. That kind of Monitoring of the belt's further movement is however on agile and complicated. Furthermore, despite this effort circumferential relative position of the transverse seam to the filter box unbe knows, why they occasionally in the area of the Filterka can get there. This means that the cross seam must be suitable for filters double overlap seam time consuming and manual in be sewn within the machine, the thickness of the Cross seam sealing problems result to the filter box and also the lifespan of the cross seam and the filter box seal weight loss. If the transverse seam leaks, the fil trier system stopped and either the transverse seam patched or sewn or the filter belt can be replaced. The like machine downtimes and repair work required Personnel, reduce production and consequently cause more lei costs.
A similar filtration system is also out the DE-Z: BHS filter belt, Sonthofen plant, h-3 / 5-85 known.
The object of the invention is that of the generic type To improve the filtration system so that it is inexpensive operable and the precise advance of the Tape is easier to make.
This object is achieved by the characterizing Features of claim 1 solved.
The filter belt is along we at least one long side with several, equidistant markie to control the actual longitudinal movement of the fil terbandes provided. This allows one on the same page arranged and responsive to the markers he know when the next work piece in filtering area is below the filter box and to the machine control pass on a corresponding signal. The machine control therefore clocks when the filter process is interrupted regardless of any slip between the driving Deflection roller and filter belt, this always exactly around the gefor further bar length. The slip between drivable Belt deflection roller and filter belt is completely irrelevant. The immediate control of the tape run and the spatial arrangement guarantee of the markings in relation to the transverse seam also that the transverse seam after clocking the filter belt not in the area of the filter box and its seal to Filter band comes to rest. This will disturb the fil operation avoided, personnel costs saved and the pro productivity increased. Also the lifespan of the filter band or the transverse seam as well as the service life of the seals increased on the filter box. Furthermore, the cross seam does not need to be filter-compatible, so that one in the direction of the band thick less bulging butt weld for the transverse seam can be left, causing the filter box seals also be spared. It makes sense to use it as a push seam formed cross seam can at both ends of the fil terbandes like a flat belt lock from the filter cloth manufacturer already be prepared, so that such a prepared filter belt much faster than a conventional one The things in the filtration system overlap Can put on filter tape.
Dabei zeigt:Advantageous embodiments of the invention can the Unteran sayings are taken. Otherwise, the invention is based of an embodiment shown in the drawing in following explained. It shows:
Fig. 1 eine Filtrieranlage mit Filterband und Fig. 1 is a filtration system with filter tape and
Fig. 2 einen vergrößerten Ausschnitt der Filtrieranlage. Fig. 2 shows an enlarged section of the filtration system.
In Fig. 1, a filtration system 1 is shown with a discontinuously operating filter belt 2 for separating particles from a contaminated liquid - turbidity - with a continuous, endless filter belt 2 . The filter band 2 is formed from a finely long strip of filter cloth, which is joined together at its two band ends along a transverse seam 3 . The filter belt 2 is guided over a plurality of order rollers 4 , of which at least one can be driven in rotation, in a self-contained loop, a work piece 5 of the filter belt 2 being stretched horizontally within the loop. Above the work piece 5 of the filter belt 2 is a bottom open, impregnable with Filterka filter 6 is held, the open side is sealingly applied to the work piece 5 . Below the work piece 5 is approximately congruent to the open side of the filter box 6, an upper side with a permeable support plate 7 covered on catch and / or suction box 8 for collecting and draining the cleaned filtrate. The filtering is carried out with the filter belt 2 at a standstill, the filter process being broken off at intervals, depending on the contamination, that is to say depending on the thickness and / or permeability of the filter cake forming on the filter belt 2 in the region of the filter box 6 , the filter box 6 is emptied and, if necessary the gap between the filter box 6 and the collecting box 8 for the passage of the filter cake is increased. If the work piece 5 is sufficiently contaminated, the filter belt 2 is moved or clocked further by at least the longitudinal extent of the filter cake measured in the longitudinal direction of the belt - hereinafter referred to as the cycle length. During further clocking, the advance of the filter belt 2 , which is provided along at least one longitudinal side with a plurality of equidistant markings 9 for checking the actual longitudinal movement of the filter belt 2 , is arranged on the same side as the markings 9 and on the markings 9 responsive sensor 10 monitors. The markings 9 on the filter belt 2 and the sensors 10 work expediently without contact and also in a heavily soiled environment. Inductive sensors 10 and ferromagnetic markings 9 are preferably used. Furthermore, it has proven to be advantageous to provide an integral multiple of the required cycle length for the length of the filter belt 2 , and only one mark 9 on the filter belt 2 for each cycle length. Advantageously, the markers 9 are arranged such that the associated Ar beitsstück 5 is free of transverse seams. After the complete Next clocks is for a next new Ar beitsstück 5 in the filtering area below the filter box 6 and on the other hand associated with the workpiece 5 mark 9 in the monitored region of the sensor 10 to the machine controller a corresponding signal to stop the driven benen deflection roller 4 passes. Therefore, the engine controller pulses always exactly to the required stroke length further, the filter belt 2 at an interruption of the filtering process regardless of any slippage between the guide roller antrei reproduced. 4 Subsequently, the filter box 6 is lowered onto the clean work piece 5 , the filtering process is resumed, and the filter cake transported with the filter belt 2 out of the filter box 6 is removed, collected and removed from the filter belt 2 as completely as possible and without residues.
