Hochspannungs-Freileitungs-Isolator. Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 28. Mai 1924 ab. High voltage overhead line isolator. Patented in the German Empire on May 28, 1924.
Im Freileitungsbau finden bei Isolatoren- ^ nungen in sehr vielen Fällen zum VersagenIn overhead line construction, isolators fail in very many cases
ketten hauptsächlich zwei Arten von Isola- der Isolatoren führte, so ist eine wachsendeChains mainly led two types of isolators, so one is growing
toren Verwendung: Isolatoren mit eingekit- Neigung vorhanden, kittlose Ausführung zugates Use: Insulators with putty inclination available, putty-free version closed
Among the most widespread and proven
latoren. Da der Kitt infolge Treiberschei- sten Bauarten gehört der Hewlett-Isolator,lators. Since the putty belongs to the Hewlett isolator due to driver
When using however, Hewlett isolators have difficulties at very high voltages. Without special aids, the glow on the individual limbs can then be removed Hardly avoid chain as the Hewlett isolator has a relatively small capacity, and moreover, its electric field is unfavorable, so that a glow in the channels is favored.
The design of a putty-free insulator described below should on the one hand the benefits of the Hewlett isolator can be achieved in the interlocking of the mechanical support and the consequent holding together of the chains when an insulating body bursts. On the other hand, however, its disadvantages, which exist in electrical terms, are to be avoided by designing the insulator in such a way that the essential quantities of the electrical Field and capacity can be easily calculated and changed. Therefore, according to the invention, the isolator is preserved in its Basic shape the shape of a hollow cylinder, on its outer and inner lateral surfaces the outer and inner electrodes are on top. The electric field then lets through Change in wall thickness and capacity by changing the length of the cylinder! largely influence them. With regard to the requirements of an overhead line insulation I; - 1 tors this hollow cylinder is now carried out with partially double walls, the inner Hole for receiving a support bolt and the space between the inner wall and the partially closed outer sheath to accommodate a suspension rope with 'one or more loops serves. The outer jacket surface, which serves as rain protection, is here at its end faces united with the inner hollow cylinder; it is also enlarged in the shape of a plate, to ensure sufficient surface insulation when it is sprinkled. Through this In addition to improving the electrical properties, the design can also improve the mechanical properties Extend strength within wide limits.
An embodiment of the inventive concept is shown in Fig. 1 and 2 in two mutually perpendicular sections and in Fig. 3 in plan, α means a bolt which is inserted into the porcelain body b and at its ends the arms c, c carries the Establish a connection with another insulator of the same or a similar design, d and e form the nut and head of the bolt. Through the downwardly open channel /, which partially surrounds the bolt a , a rope / is pulled through several times in such a way that it simultaneously wraps around the bolt k located below the insulator just as often, the two ends being hooked into the bolt k with eyelets. The arms C 1 c are attached to the bolt k for connection to a further insulator. In the illustration, the case is drawn in which all the bolts of the insulators combined to form an insulator chain lie in one plane. In some cases it may be desirable, however, to enable the pin of the connected to a chain insulators alternately or partly around 90 0th It is then expedient to let the support arms c attack in the center of the bolt k.
