Description

Das erfindungsgemäße Verschwindscharnier dient dem Öffnen/Schließen von Türen. Neben anderen Bereichen wird es hauptsächlich in der Reinraum­ technik eingesetzt. Das Verschwindscharnier trägt neben optischen Erforder­ nissen spezielle Reinhaltungs-/Sauberhaltungserfordernissen Rechnung. Es besteht aus dem Scharnierbügel (1), der Halterung (4) zur Aufnahme von Lagerbuchsen (3), Drehachswelle (5) und dem Scharnierbügel (1), einer Zargendichtung (2) sowie dem türseitigen Gegenstück (8 + 9). Der Scharnierbügel (1) wird zunächst so durch die Zargendichtung (2) gesteckt, daß der kleinere Dichtungsdurchmesser lagerichtig in der ent­ sprechenden Zargenöffnung zu liegen kommt. Danach werden Lagerbuchsen (3), Drehachswelle (5) und Scharnierbügel (1) montiert. Die Dreh­ achswelle (5) wird mittels Schrauben (6) so in ihrer Position gehal­ ten, daß die Wellenenden mit der jeweiligen Halterungsaußenfläche bündig sind.The concealed hinge according to the invention is used to open / close doors.   • 4. die Form des Scharnierbügels so gestaltet ist, daß die Zargenaus­ trittsöffnung in der Zarge mittels verschiedenartiger Dichtmateri­ alien staub-/gas-/flüssigkeitsdicht ausgestaltet sein kann,
  • 5. eine Mehrfachanordnung der Scharnierbügel durch Dimensionsänderung der Halterung möglich ist.
