Abstract
Description
The invention relates to underfloor heating according to the Oberbe handle of claim 1.
With underfloor heating according to the preamble of the patent Proverb 1 are the electrical conductors or heating cables embedded directly in a screed above the sub-floor dens, for example a raw floor, in the form of concrete or Like. Is provided. Here the electrical conductors essentially embedded in a serpentine shape in the screed tet what he does in a so-called wet-on-wet process follows that the electrical conductors in the to be applied Screed poured. Using this type of laying von Naßestrich is cumbersome and time-consuming, leads to one considerable depth of embedding as well as an increase in control inertia and an increase in heat measurement losses due to irregular heat emission. Such a foot Underfloor heating is also disadvantageously not Subsequent installation suitable where specified Ceiling heights must not be reduced or wooden tram ceilings are present, since in the latter case their rear ventilation ver would be prevented.
The invention has for its object a floor heating of the type mentioned at the beginning, which are simple and Realize quickly and with a low construction height is cash.
This object is achieved by the features in drawing part of claim 1 solved.
Further refinements of the invention result from the Un claims.
The floor heating according to the invention has the exception of The height of the heating cable with the associated network is low shaped material layer an extremely low installation height and can be easily in the adhesive layer, preferably Integrate them into the tile adhesive layer for fixing serves the wear layer or a plate covering.
The invention advantageously ensures that un ter waiving the introduction of wet screed an extreme fast and efficient production of such an electri underfloor heating is possible that the floor structure rela tiv is low and therefore the installation of the invention offers underfloor heating as part of old building renovations. The comparatively low layer in which the elec trical conductor provided together with the supporting fabric a good heating response is guaranteed, the stability of the floor construction is sufficient and it high bending and tensile strength is guaranteed. By the rapid laying will be the cost of the subsequent Installation reduced.
By a suitable grid size of the net-like material the adhesive can penetrate the mat completely and thus is advantageously a rigid construction necessary and full connection between substructure and Wear layer reached. The net-like Ma also improves material taking into account the stability of the adhesive the expansion stresses caused by the heating.
Another advantage over known electrical Underfloor heating is against high electrical security Touch voltages due to damage to the heating conductor during installation and subsequent work on the floor. A the object damaging the conductor must inevitably Have contact with the coaxial protective braid that the conductor surrounds. Is this protective braid with an upstream connected electrical safety device, there is a optimal safety against accidents caused by electrical current.
Es zeigen:A preferred embodiment is shown in the drawings the underfloor heating to explain other features wrote. Show it:
Fig. 1 den Aufbau der Netzheizmatte, und Fig. 1 shows the structure of the network heating mat, and
Fig. 2 den typischen Einbau einer Netzheizmatte. Fig. 2 shows the typical installation of a network heating mat.
Fig. 1 shows the network heating mat according to the invention, consisting of heating conductor 1 and glass fiber network 2 , which form a ready-to-install unit. An approximately 3 mm thin heating cable is sewn onto a tear-resistant, latex-reinforced glass silk net, similar to the way it is used as a plaster base in building construction. The rough grid of the network is chosen so that the tile adhesive 5 can penetrate the network fully. The detent is preferably on the order of about 4 to 6 mm. Together with the low installation height of about 3, 3 'mm, a structurally necessary rigid and tight connection between substructure 4 and wear layer 6 is achieved. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the sub-floor 4 is formed by a screed and the wear layer 6 by a plate covering. As can further be seen from FIG. 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the underfloor heating substructure consists of a raw concrete layer 10 or the like, with an insulating layer optionally lying on it.
The structure of the conductor 1 is similar to that of a conductor against interference frequencies (coaxial cable). In its preferred embodiment, the conductor of two insulating layers made of Teflon is ben, over which there is a protective braid made of tinned copper wires that completely surrounds the conductor 1 .
The conductor 1 is preferably arranged in a meandering shape on the silk network, with connecting sleeves 3 , 3 of the conductor 1 lying on the mat 2 at a common location. The connecting lines, designated in Fig. 1 with 7 and 8 , are also two-gig gig teflon insulated and surrounded with a protective braid made of tinned copper wires.
