Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Springschuh für Spiel- oder Sportzwecke, bestehend aus einer unter dem Fuß zu befestigenden Sohle, die durch Federn mit einer starren Platte verbunden ist. Bei den bekannten Springschuhen dieser Art war die an dem Fuß befestigte Sohle ebenfalls starr, so daß sie beim Abspringen als Ganzes einen Winkel mit der unteren Platte bildete. Hierdurch entstand einerseits die Gefahr, daß der Absatz des Stiefels abgerissen wird, während anderseits die unter der Fußspitze befindliche Feder nicht senkrecht von oben, sondern in schräger Richtung auf Zusammendrücken beansprucht und dadurch unvollständig ausgenutzt wurde. Zur Befestigung des Springschuhs an der Stiefelsohle dient eine Platte ι aus Holz oder Metall, die in beliebiger Weise, beispielsweise durch eine Schraubenvorrichtung 2 und Riemen 3 am Stiefel befestigt wird. Diese ist mit einem Gelenk 4 versehen, so daß sie sich der Durchbiegung des Stiefels beim Auftreten stets anpassen kann. An der Platte sind Federn 5 befestigt, die eine Sohlenplatte 6 tragen. Die Federn können, wie in dem gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiel, die Form von Schraubenfedern haben, sie können aber auch als Blattfedern ausgebildet sein.
