Description

Verfahren und Einrichtung zum innenlackieren von Konservendosen u. dgl. Gefäßen. Das Überziehen des Weißblechs von Konservendosen u. dgl. geschieht bisher gewöhnlich bei unverarbeitetem Blech durch Aufstreichen oder Aufwalzen des flüssigen Lackes, bei gelöteten Rümpfen mit oder ohne Böden aber durch Eintauchen in die Lackflüssigkeit oder durch Spritzen. Das Aufwalzverfahren ist gut, hat aber den Nachteil, daß beim nachträglichen Löten der Lack in der Nähe der Lötstelle verbrennt. Das Eintauchen der Rümpfe ergibt einen guten Lacküberzug, dagegen ist der Lackverbrauch sehr hoch, da die Dosen unnötigerweise auf beiden Seiten lackiert werden. Das allgemein übliche Spritzverfahren hat erhebliche Nachteile, vor allem den, daß der Lacküberzug niemals gleichmäßig ausfällt. Das gleichfalls versuchte Lackieren der Doseninnenflächen durch umlaufende Wischer leidet daran, daß die erforderliche Gleichmäßigkeit des Lacküberzuges auf dem Blech zu wünschen übrig läßt.Method and device for the interior painting of cans and. like vessels.
